We are sorry to hear that your room did not meet expectation, we do have many different types of rooms here in our resort. Dear Sir, Thank you for your comments and for choosing our hotel for your holidays. Please note that the resort is advertising accurate information and pictures to all our partner travel agents and some individual bookings require prepayment or payment upon arrival. Also, we have a medicine cabinet (as required by the law) in all our outlets but we cannot give out medicine without approval by a medical doctor. In the case where reception is asked for a medicine, we call the doctor by phone who is giving the permission to our employees to hand out the medicine, depending on the guest’s condition and maybe allergies. This is done for the safety of our guests. We definitely regret any kind misunderstanding, please accept our best regards from Miramare Resort & Spa.
