The hotel is nice/beautiful. It’s all shining and has great amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only gripe with it is how poorly maintained it is. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly, the rugs are not vacuumed properly, the furniture is not maintained or repaired nor cleaned. Its mostly manageable now but I would not come back in a few years as I think it would not be quite bad at this point given the poor maintenance. Also, i would not give it 5 stars because of this. They have a nice dining area but it’s quite expensive. Just outside the hotel, you have loads of options in the boulevard

Friendly but useless
A lovely hotel but unfortunately it’s run like someone has only heard about how to run a hotel. Restaurants closed early, rooftop not open some nights regardless of the advertisement and to get the attention of servers you have to go and tap them on the shoulder.

I stayed for 2 nights and our reservation was a suite with access to the Business Lounge at the 42 floor, with a stunning view and excellent service. Then we went to the suite, and we were disappointed by the cleaniess and furniture quality. The view is amazing from the 41st floor. The carpet was stainned with coffee and the floor was sticky. We ordered food using the Room Service and the food taste was bad and did not meet what we ordered. I complained to the Managers Ibrahim and Ahmad Abu Asal, and they decided to upgrade us to Crown Suite which was exceptional.

Best view in town?
I had a corner suite on the 30th floor. The view of Amman is great, especially during sunset. Also a nice sunrise view. High quality level in this hotel. Breakfast was not included. In the local area I only tried the boardwalk and mall. WiFi connection was good. There was some noise in the late evening, which I believe was coming from the W hotel right next door. Pool area is not that impressive.

Like staying in a nightclub
Location and facilities are superb but it's too loud to actually sleep. It's not just background noise you can hear the lyrics word for word until 1.00am - hardly serene as advertised. Not good after a long journey from Petra. When I phoned to be asked to be moved I was given some cheap orange ear plugs that didn't work. Not exactly luxury. And the room smelled of stale cigarettes.

This is new luxury property in Amman. Everything is 5 star quality here. The rooms are spacious and clean with fantastic views of the city. It is also right across the street from a shopping center with tons of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. If you want the absolute best in Amman then this is your place to stay.

The stuff is good but they should be more professional, and inform the guests of any new updates like using the security card on elevators. the room was not as i expected! i paid extra for city view i saw nothing special, it's overrated and overpriced!
