This is a great property to stay at and one I really enjoyed for three nights. This is the only 5 star Jordanian run hotel which adds to the experience. The air con during the summer months may be a little too warm as the room itself was naturally very hot. Otherwise absolutely no faults here and I would highly recommend

Great location, not too far from the city centre. Really friendly staff. Really clean rooms. Only issue was that the water drained really slowly in 1 of the 5 rooms we booked. Only let down was at breakfast, only basic tea and coffee available with 1 option of herbal tea. Would be nicer if they offered decaff tea and coffee. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Amman.

Nice hotel - would stay again
Lovely stay for 3 nights on arrival into Amman. Jwan at the front desk was super helpful with check in and answering our questions. During the stay two of three lifts were usually out of service which did cause some delay getting to/ from rooms. Pool was lovely but had events in the evening meaning staff were setting up around you which is not very relaxing. Location was fine for us and we got a local taxi (much cheaper than ‘hotel taxi’) to our dinner reservations.

Really good holidays at this hotel
We had a really good time at Landmark. We stayed for a night which we were given an upgrade and then we returned for 6 nights. Staff is really friendly and the hotel facilities are very good. Nice lobbies, small gym, tennis court, sauna and big jacuzzi. There’s a pool, lots of dining , a skyline bar with shisha and a skyline sushi restaurante. The place is also a business conference facility. There’s a shop selling souvenirs and other items. The best part was the friendly helpful staff, some of them the English is scarce but there’s plenty of staff speaking good English. It’s an inclusive employer there were many employees with disabilities we think that’s amazing. It’s around 5 to 8 minutes taxi to downtown, there’s a mall about 10 min walk but the accessibility of the hotel it’s not the best if you need to walk thou. It’s between main busy roads hence getting a taxi quite easy to move about. Taxi is about 3 JD per 10 minutes.

Very good but..
I have to write the full review. As there was goods and no that goods. Everything went well, even I got a room upgrade. Hotel itself and services, including staff are all great. Smells amazing and room was superb. My only con is that I had dinner at the rooftop sushi restaurant- and was delicious- but one hot after I start feeling bad - I had food poisoning 😞. I spent all Saturday night vomiting and diarrhoea until 7am, horrible night. I even had to cancel my tour in Amman for Sunday, I had to spend all day in bed. So when I checked out Monday morning, and I was already in my taxi I was called to pay a Pepsi-that I had to heal myself- that’s ok! I pay what I have- but felt very disappointed that after being in a luxury hotel and catch food poisoning they didn’t have a gesture of that Pepsi. They should have refund me the nights. But a part from that, staff and hotel were great.

Excellent hotel, great stay!
This hotel is excellent, we booked as an over night layover and couldn’t believe what a wonderful experience we had. We arrived a lot earlier than check in, just expecting to drop the car and bags and come back but they checked us in straight away to a beautiful room. The hotel felt very luxurious and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. We unfortunately didn’t get to try the pool or restaurants but we enjoyed our stay so much we wished we’d stayed 2 nights. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Best hotel in Amman
Very professional, warm and personal staff throughout the hotel - from security to front desk to breakfast team to gym team… big plus that they also offer tennis coaching sessions, that was great! Restaurants are very good throughout - view from top floor is great and so is the atmosphere. Rooms are fresh, clean and chic. My favorite hotel in Amman for sure, and one of my best hotel experiences in a long while. Thank you so much Landmark team - I’ll be back.

The Landmark is a nice hotel, with large spacious public areas. The front desk is well manned and very helpful and professional. The rooms were of a good standard, a nice size with good beds and linens. The bathroom was well stocked with the usual things and all was pleasant and working well. The hotel has a bar which we used for tea and coffee mostly, and also the on site restaurant which also is used for breakfast. This is a nice buffet for breakfast with plenty of tasty options to cover for most any tastes. The service in the restaurant is excellent, with helpful and friendly staff being attentive to our needs. I would certainly stay in this hotel again.
