bonjour Sandrine,Merci pour votre message. Dommage que tu n'étais pas satisfait. Vous avez réservé la plus petite chambre au prix le plus avantageux. Pourquoi ne pas réserver une grande chambre moyennant un petit supplément ? Comme clairement décrit sur le site Expedia. Nous aurions aimé vous offrir une chambre plus grande, mais vous auriez dû le signaler à l'hôtel. Le bus rapide de Schiphol à l'hôtel (n 369) et retour est très pratique et ne coûte que 3,50, également clairement décrit sur le site. Rien n'est gratuit... Si la qualité du petit-déjeuner ne vous plaisait pas, nous aurions aimé vous le dire à la réception, mais nous ne pouvons plus y faire grand chose. Heureusement, la plupart des clients trouvent le petit-déjeuner excellent. J'espère que vous avez passé un bon séjour à Amsterdam. Cordialement, L'équipe Citiez

Hi T,You have booked the smallest room at the cheapest price. For a small additional charge you will have a large room with more amenities next time ;) You could also have asked at reception for a larger room... missed opportunity! The temperature here goes up to 25 degrees, you are used to more, but that is regulated. an extra heater brought it up to 28 degrees, which is really very warm.
