Super friendly staff! Received our VIP gift with a smile. Room was large and spacious and the balcony’s were a great touch. Food options across the street at the casino but also their restaurant was amazing! Only downfall was no personal care amenities (lotion, face soap, etc.)

Always nice to be back at this hotel, me and my family have been coming for years. Beautiful renovation with new areas and the service continues great although this time with some minor setbacks: At check-in, as a VIP Access guest I did not get either of the perks mentioned, also, the information I got when asking about the indoor pool was incomplete because the towels which should be provided at reception were not mentioned. At 6pm housekeeping staff was gone and front desk staff could not help so I had to cross the hotel to get some fresh bath towels myself (not really a 4 star service) and I found the service in the restaurant very slow this time. Also, I have to mention that the children's menu does not offer any healthier option, some chicken breast, fish or vegetables would have been nice. Still, I will be coming back next time.

If you're wanting to stay somewhere near the airport, look no further than this hotel. We stayed here as our last night before flying back to Australia. What appealed to us initially was the free hotel shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel itself is massive and the rooms are spacious. I loved the mini market selection and having in a few min walk away from eateries such as Burger King, KFC and La Place to name a few if you didn't want to do the hotel restaurants. I would recommend to do the buffet breakfast, it's a very generous selection available.

Séjour fantastique! Le personnel est professionnel et amical, l'hotel lui-même est grand, beau, a de la classe, bien décoré... Le parc derrière l'hotel est parfait pour se délasser après un long vol inconfortable, nous y avons vu des lapins, des faisans et autres oiseaux... Franchement nous y aurions passé plus de temps! La litterie est confortable, la salle de bain est bien pensée , bref, un séjour impeccable!

The room was not properly cleaned. There was a large grease stain on one of the nightstands, a few long black hairs on the inside of the duvet and lots of (what seemed to be) pet hair on one side of one of the pillows. Both pillows are also extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel.

Check-in was snel en correct. Restaurantresevering voor die avond werd in orde gemaakt als ook de reservering voor de shuttlebus de volgende ochtend. Restaurant heeft een aparte Indiase menukaart: lekker! Shuttlebus was op tijd. Helemaal prima dus. Wij verblijven hier altijd graag.

Loved the interior decor of my room, the halls, beautiful lobby. Loved being reminded I was in Holland, even if only for the night. Room was very clean and large. Transportation to/from airport a real bonus.

Great stay, will return
Stayed here for one night at the end of a family vacation and it was wonderful. The room was the largest we'd experienced compared to other hotels on our trip. And the bathroom was amazing: the tub and shower were separate, and tub was a huge jacuzzi tub. Fantastic for a relaxing night before our long flight home. Staff was very welcoming and responsive; however, calling from the room to the lobby was confusing. The #0 or other special buttons on the phone didn't work, so I had to get creative and google the hotel phone number to dial it directly. Transportation to the airport was prompt and efficient, in a comfortable coach bus. Great stay, will keep this in mind for our next visit.

We love the shuttle option was very convenient. We had to wait a bit to get checked in. The reception clerk was great! The room was a bit dated and smelled like moth balls. Bootle water in the room was not free, coffee and tea in the lobby was also not free.

This place never dissappoints! The Delux rooms have been upgraded and very nice. The dining hall has been upgraded as well! Free shittle to airport makes the trip effortlessly! Thank you Kelon!

This is designated as a “luxury hotel” but there were no furniture in the room other than one office chair, despite the room being oddly huge. There was no refrigerator, no ice bucket, and only one pillow per person, with no extras stashed in the armoire, as is custom. They even charge for the self serve coffee machine in the lobby, a simple gesture of hospitality expected from all hotels. That, in combination with all the other basic comforts the room lacked made the property feel pretentious, unwelcoming and overrated/overpriced.
