We have stayed at many Hilton properties. We arrived for our 3 night stay and found that floor was not vacuumed. There were crumbs and a little purple train toy around the bed and the curtains were torn. The bathroom had signs of attempts to cover mildewed grout. We decide that those were not things that would affect our stay and we had appointments to get to at University of Michigan. The next day we attempted to shower and found no water. We called the front desk and were told they were working on the hot water tank. We had no water most of that day in our room. We attempted to contact the manager and was told he had left for the day and tried again the next morning to be told he was not in yet 9:20 am) we returned for our day of college touring at 4:45 and were told he had already left. The cleanliness and facilites use at other Hiltons has never been a problem - not the case for this Ann Arbor hotel. I have emailed and left messages for management and as out our check out - still no follow up. I was a loyal Hilton customer for that will be rethinking staying with them again.
