Ruoka tosi hyvää ja sitä oli runsaasti. Ruokailutapahtumat aamiainen ja illallinen tosi kaoottisia, tilaa syöjiin nähden liian vähän. Kylpyhuoneessa pesualtaaseen tuli vain kylmää vettä. Käsisuihkun pidike rikki koko ajan. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällisiä.

Music from next hotel was too loud in the other side. Turkish bath was not warm at all. Restaurant was badly organised - compared to all empty halls there was too little space

Ich war mehrere Male in der Türkei gewesen in verschiedenen Hotels, aber das Service dieses Hotels war katastrophal. Egal welche Fragen man die Rezeption gestellt hatte, wollte Sie einfach einem nicht helfen, denn dieses Hotel ist nicht lange in Business, daher was Kundenservice angeht, liegt dieses Hotel leider ganz unten. Z. B. wir mussten unsere Transfer von Hotel nach Flughafen ändern, denn unsere Flugzeit hat sich paar Tagen vor unseren Flug geändert. Nach mehrmaligen Bitten und Nachfragen könnte es nicht von der Rezeption geklärt werden. Die haben es einfach auf einander verschoben und wir mussten leider zu falschen Zeit zum Flughafen fahren. Diese Art von Erfahrungen wurden leider mehrere Male in Erfahrung gebracht. Die Klimaanlage war ein weiteres Problem in diesem Hotel gewesen. Währen des Tages als die Küche offen war u d die Mahlzeiten vorbereitet wurden, kochten die Zimmer vor der Hitze (nicht auszuhalten im Hotelzimmer) Erst als Abend wurde, spürte man die Funktion der Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Im Grossen und Ganzen, dieses Hotel operiert ohne Plan und Struktur, weil es nicht lange im Geschäft ist.

Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, vor allem der türkische Abend sehr lobenswert. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das komplette Hotel als auch die Anlage toll erbaut. Die Gözleme- Dame versorgt die Besucher trotz der Hitze mit selbstgebackenenen gefüllten TeIgfladen. Die tägliche Animation war recht unterhaltsam. Das W- lan war trotz Reklamation schlecht Die Reinigung war nicht gut, die Bödem wurden während unseren 5 tägigen Aufenthalts weder gesaugt noch nass gewischt. Trotzdessen haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter

Çok kötü
Geç kahvaltıda yeteri kadar ürün çeşiti bulunmamakta, öğünlerdeki yemeklerin yanında hiçbir bilgilendirme kartı bulunmamakta, otelde sabahın ilk saatlerinden itibaren başlayan sanırım mutfak yada depo gibi bir yerden aşırı gürültü mevcut, resepsiyondaki görevliler yeteri kadar yardımcı olmamakta ( telefon açıp efendim demesi ve evet hayır gibi gayri resmi tavırlarla) temizlik düzgün yapılmayıp ve sonrası çok kötü bir koku olması bunu da çalışan yeni başladı diye savunmaları. Gece snack servisinde 1 çalışan olması ve çalışanın arka kısımda telefonla oynayıp ilgilenmemesi vs. ortalamanın altında bir tatil deneyimi oldu

When arriving at the hotel, we were told the rooms we had booked and paid for were not available. Taken to an alternative hotel for one night which was terrible. Staff at Riolavitas are extremely rude, one member of reception staff began recording us. Reception staff did not care that we had been travelling and they could not fulfil our booking. When arrive back at the hotel the following day we were told “we are very busy”. Which is unacceptable as we had reserved and paid for our stay. Dining area is extremely small, does not cater for the amount of guests at the hotel. The food is the same most nights, tasteless and bland. Hotel is NOT on the beach, beach is around an 8 minute walk, shuttle service is provided but not many people can fit on it. When writing a review of our check-in experience, guest relations tried to convince us to remove the review as it “looks bad on the hotel”. Staff were very persistent and pushy but we refused to do so. We have visited Turkey many times before, this is the worst hotel we have stayed in.

We are very sorry that we cannot provide you with a holiday that will leave only positive feelings about our hotel. Please, be assured that the points mentioned here do not correspond to the standard of our house. We take your criticisms very seriously. All kinds of complaints are forwarded to our management for evaluation in order to raise the level of our services above all. Unfortunately these overbooking we had experienced in the tourism sector all around the World. This situation, which is caused was out of our control. This situation we do not accept also. But, we are very surprised about your rating. You write, our staff were very persistent and pushy but you spoke in our hotel one day before you leave with the guest relations and say all is ok and gave him a written comment. In this they wrote that you were not happy at monday with the change of hotel for one night. Your holiday starts in our hotel on tuesday was good, your holiday was relaxed, rooms were lovely and clean, food was nice and pool/beach were nice, staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. Here in the review, written the opposite, which makes us extremely sad and we can not understand your changes. Our hotel is not on the beach, this is correct. In all the catalogs and in the internet we write, that our beach is 300 meters remove of the hotel but there are two electro club car carries the guests continuously. Отель очень интересный. Быстрое заселение. Номера красивые,удобные.Удобные кровати. Постельное бельё хорошего качества. Персонал очень вежливый, помогали при любом обращении,старались предугадать каждое желание. Единственный недостаток- это близкое расположение соседних отелей.

Temiz denizi ile uygun fiyatıyla kalınabilecek bir
Otelin konumu iyi, yemekler orta kalite, daha çok yabancılara yönelik, et türü çok az çıkıyor. Neredeyse hergün hindi eti çıktı. Animasyonlar çocuklar için iyi yetişkinler için orta derece, Sahil temiz, sahilde otel imkanları çok iyi, minibar rezalet, kolalar oguz marka, soda içilmeyecek derecede kötü. Acilen minibar düzeltilmeli. Bence gidilebilecek bir otel. Sonuç olarak tavsiye ederim.
