Unfortunately, the room configuration you requested with the suite connecting to a queen balcony unfortunately does not exist. All of our balcony rooms are in the original tower of the hotel which have been fully remodeled. We regret that the complimentary upgrade to the Presidential suite, room gift, and resort credit were not enough to overcome your dissatisfaction. We do hope you will come back to stay with us again as it would be our honor to earn your trust again.
