The hotel is very dirty. Our first room had a strong order of marijuana and food crumbs all over the place. We were moved into a different room. It didnt smell but was very dirty. There was a hole in the ceiling with aluminum foil stuffed in it. The walls had paint chipping off and overall poor condition. The walls, counters and surfaces had dirt, finger prints and food smeered throughout. I would never stay there again. If we hadnt prepaid thru expedia we wouldnt have stayed there at all.

I would like to start by saying the staff was awesome and will to help. I needed a suite with two bedrooms and this was the only place available for my dates. The hotel itself is old and dated and several areas needed fixing that were patched or just left unattended. There were holes in the black out curtains. The furniture was worn and frayed. There was trash under the couch and hair on top of the comforter which made one think the bed wasn’t cleaned. The ceiling in bathroom room was peeling and there was water damage to the ceiling and wall. The tub faucet and shower head were showing signs of age and mildew with a prior repair attempt but there was still a gap which is probably allowing water to leak behind that wall. There door casings were rotted at the bottom throughout the rooms. The vinyl plank floors were old, stained, and sticky. The door plate fell off to one of the bedrooms. This all made the room uncomfortable but the beds were cozy. If was for one night after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was the usually waffle machine and powdered eggs and the bacon was not edible as it was not cooked. So we got toast and orange juice and stopped for breakfast.

Stayed two nights- similar situation in both circumstances. Insufficient bedding (only had three of us in the room- second night, no extra sheet for couch so slept on a towel, as staff informed us laundry staff just “hadn’t gotten around to laundry today.” Single comforter blanket given had massive holes in it first night. Second night, given new blanket and some situation. Huge holes throughout. No soap by sink in the room. In past have stayed at Staybridge. Will not be doing so anymore. Spent around $170/night for this. Ridiculous that sufficient clean bedding and we had to use towels to cover couch, no soap, etc.

Mold around bathroom sink, and kitchen trash was not emptied from previous guests (it stunk so bad). Breakfast left alot to be desired. Otherwise, decent stay for price. Staff was nice. Bed comfortable.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with family. Staff was nice, breakfast was fine. The elevator was scary and would make loud creaking noises. We began to take the stairs to the 3rd floor instead. One of the bathrooms in our suite needed repairs as well. The bathroom faucet was coming loose as was one of the door jams. The lock on the hotel room door was also a problem. We had trouble unlocking it to leave the room each time we left.

Do Not stay here! Not only was it over 90 degrees in the room but the air conditioning was broken and they would not give a refund. They also lied to Expedia when I tried to explain the reason I was asking for a refund.

Had the impression age was getting to some things. We had an overall excellent visit during the holidays, but it appeared things were needing to be attended to. I trust these will be taken care of posthaste.

The property needs updating. Damaged walls and trim, plumbing needs improved hot water supply. Front desk staff were either rude or seemed too spaced out.

Great longer term hotel stay as each is a suite with a kitchen sitting room and full sized fridge and stove with a microwave. Wifi and breakfast included along with free parking. Close to the freeway and 24 hour staff on site for those late arrivals or early morning departures

Very nice room, value, good breakfast.
Very nice bed. Spacious. We got two rooms for the weekend. When our other party arrived the room they were assigned was not clean when they keyed in. Fortunately, the staff acted quickly to find them another suitable room. Good breakfast. Lots of pillows! YEAH

It was somewhat dated and the whole property is pet friendly We are Allergic to animals so we went right back out of our room and wanted to check out because we were already felling the pet hair in the room. They said they were going to give us our money back or not charge us. Hope so. Staff was nice.

Disappointed.
Checkin gave us smaller room than paid for, kinda lied about it. We had to relocate rooms. Ironing board was cheap wobbly. TV in bedroom did not work. Coffee pot was broken. Crossing this one off the list.

Are people living in this hotel? Does the a/c work? Why do the hallways smell? Can we hire people that know how the service industry works? Nice on the outside of the hotel. But when you get past the lobby. Horrendous. Will never be back and wont use this brand hotel again.

The room had a very strong chemical smell. Once in the room for about 15 minutes you didn’t notice the smell until you left room then back in. There was an ooh mark on the couch. We were on a family trip so we didn’t spend much time in the room.

The suite I stayed in had holes in wall from past shower curtains, along with other holes from wear on the walls. Needs an update on adding USB ports to the room. Also the hotel didn’t have an ice machine.

Brownie points for Staybridge.
Our family stay was during spring break. Our first vacay trip. Ms Debbie checked us in and was so friendly. Our reservation was messed up and the hotel didn't have bedding for all of us. It was ok because Ms Debbie was ready to accommodate us however she could. She made sure we were comfortable and was able to fix everything. They were short staffed and there was only so much they could do. Our room wasn't all the way cleaned and she was very apologetic. Despite not having all the help they needed, these employees were working hard. We were all over that hotel and in and out, so we saw them. Kiddos to Staybridge and Ms Debbie for a job well done. They only have 2 hands guys!!! Raise please.....

The room was filthy. I’m cabinets we saw dead roaches. They gave us 1 toilet paper roll and when we asked for 2 because we had a lot of people the worker looked mad about that.

It was grungy. The doors into the bedroom didn’t line up so they wouldn’t shut. The AC wouldn’t work right - notified front desk and maintenance arrived awhile later. Promised to replace it next morning at a certain time. Didn’t arrive until about 2 hours after that time, which made us very late for the family event we were in town to attend. Also, when event was over and returned to room, realized the supposed repair didn’t work - it was 80 degrees in the room and our 2 dogs were acting overheated. It was dangerous for them. We left immediately and didn’t stay for that evening, as planned and prepaid for; do not go to this hotel.

The conjoining rooms with the living room and kitchenette worked great for my family of 3 small kiddos and my husband and I, when our air conditioning went out overnight. The included breakfast options were also a huge hit for my 3 year old. I would definitely recommend!
