Leaving BKK - one night in Kriss Residence
I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was too small for 150 thb. Drive to airport was good. Room was clean and nice but aircon was very noisy and old. It was hard to find hotel even I had very experienced taxidriver. Staff was very friendly and nice, even it was almost midnight when I arrived!

How was this site rated 4-star? 2 stars would have already been too many. Hotel.com should be more careful in rating any facility, or lose the traveler's trust.

Very short stay thankfully
Stayed here for one night and got here late. Seemed dirty and a true three or two star hotel since you get what you pay for pretty much. It seemed like it was falling apart and the AC spit out water at one point. VERY weary about taking a shower but thankfully there was warm water

Not as described
This was not the hotel pictured. It is in an alley off of a main road, it is dingy and needs work, the shower and toilet right above/below each other, and the service desk gentleman was rude. We stayed in our room all of 5 minutes before booking another hotel.

Room not as shown on expedia website. Room dirty...poorly designed. Staff could not find reservation. Had not been notified from expedia..we were placed on tne side of the building where there was a block party with loud booming bass and drums until 2 am. Not happy...will not be back.

Close to airport
We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Bangkok. The staff was very friendly, and arranged a ride for us at 4:00am to catch our flight. The rooms were clean & large, there isn't much for sight seeing but perfect for airport proximity.

No frills hotel let down by lack of shopping avenu
If you are looking for a no nonsense hotel with minimum frills, then this is hotel for you. It has all the basic amenities such as AC, Fridge, 2 water bottles, TV with remote, Cupboard, Clean Bathroom and most importantly clean bed and pillows. I stayed only for a half night as I had to catch a flight at 12 AM midnight. However my grouse was that the AC took very long, around 1 hour, to cool the room and I was literally sweating during the whole period with a subsequent rise in my temper. However once the room cooled down, I began to appreciate the bare minimum approach of the hotel , considering its proximity to the airport and being budget friendly as well. However there are no convenient avenues nearby for a tourist to have his meal/ dinner since the hotel only serves breakfast which I didnt get the opportunity to have it.

Min flickvän och jag har tidigare tyckt detta hotell varit perfekt att bo sista natten före flyg. Näst sista gången kunde dom inte skriva kvitto när flyget var försenat. Efter byte av personal är sista vistelsen inte längre gemytlig.

Alles war gut. Ausser am abend als ich zum Seven wollte, bekam ich komisches Gefühl, da dass hotel einbisschen versteckt ist. Ich war allein unterwegs. Der Fernseher war defekt. Ruhiger Gegen. Ca. 5-10 laufen, wenn man ins Restaurant oder Bar möchte.

밤비행기타고 현지시간 새벽3시정도에 도칙했는데, 직원분이 호텔밖에 나와서 우리를 기다려주셨다. 또한 엘레베이터가 있어서 편했고 객실이 깨끗했지만 온수는 나오지 않았다. 와이파이도 괜찮았다

Lokalområdet har ingenting, men kort vei til en 7-eleven. Vanskelig å finne hotellet. Selve hotellet er fint, rent, og bra. Tilbyr transport til flyplassen mellom 04:00 og 12:00, mot et tillegg. Ville kun brukt dette hotellet når jeg venter på et fly.

Hübsches Hotel - aber nur für Abfluggäste
Wer also den nächsten Tag abfliegt und keine Angst haben will in den Bangkoker Staus stecken zu bleiben kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen, da der Flughafen in direkter Nähe ist. Zudem sind die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die Schlafmatratze war auch super. Straßen- oder Fluglärm gab es nicht. Allerdings ist auch sonst nichts weiter wo man hin gehen könnte in der Nähe.

꼭 돈 더 주고 다른데 가시길
세면대 거의 막힘. 치약 칫솔은 기대도 안했지만 역시나 비치 안되 있음은 물론 화장실 상태가 좋다고 할 수 없음. 공항 근처에 잠깐 머무는 정도라 참을 수 있겠지 생각 할 수 있지만 오산임.

Hotel comodo all'aeroporto.All'arrivo hanno preteso una cauzione di 500bath sebbene l'hotel fosse già pagato.Alla partenza dopo controllo,la cauzione è stata restituita.Il trasferimento all'aeroporto era incluso ma non era specificato che era valido solo per il Suvarnabumi.Manca una cassetta di sicurezza sia in camera e sia in reception. Nella foto l'hotel sembrava più bello.La pulizia in camera e bagno non era eccellente.

Helt greit hotell. Fint for mellomlandinger.
Benyttet hotellet for layover mellom samui og Bangkok og videre til Oslo neste morgen. Perfekt som layover-hotell. Helt greie senger og størrelse på rommet. Tvén hadde kun 1 kanal, så småen somville se "barne TV" ble skuffet, men det var uansett sent, så det spilte ikke noen rolle for meg. Det fantes ikke noe i nærområdet unntatt et par 7/11 der de neste ikk kunne noe engelsk i det hele tatt. Resepsjonisten, som jeg antar var eieren av hotellet var vennlig og behjelpelig. Hotellet har flyplasstransport for 400 bht.

I just stayed one night, as stated in the caption you get what you paid for? Room was clean but had an awful smell which through the day started to make me feel sick.. Staff were fine, slightly annoyed when I went to check in as they couldn't find my booking from Expedia n was said nothing they could do ! I refused to leave, only then he decided to make a phone call to sort it out, wasn't their fault though, Expedia didn't bother to pass on the booking! Won't be booking through Expedia again. Other than that hotel was fine.

Very nice staff. Everything worked and fairly new accomodations. The room could be cleaner given the material used although it's easier to see than hide at other lodgings. Sturdier build quality could used. Guests can be rough on fixtures. I met the owner and he is super friendly. He seems almost like family now that we've met. I would stay here again because of him.

공항2층에 상시대기하는 셔틀덕분에 예약할때 셔틀은 포함안된 방만 예매했는데도 타고 잘 도착할 수 있었어요!! 도착해서 돈은 지불했지만^^ 인당 150BHT~ 시설도 깨끗하고 가격대비 방도 넓고 직원분들도 친절했어요. 다음날 카오산까지 가는데 택시도 연결해주시고!! 조금 비쌌긴하지만ㅠ 주변에 딱히 볼것도없고 교통이 별로라서 불편하지만 공항근처에서 하루밤 묵기에는 딱좋아요!!

Convenient hotel with friendly staff
We stayed here for one night after arriving Bangkok late at night, before catching a bus the next morning. Not much around, but hotel is in a quiet spot and there's a 7 Eleven right across the road which is handy. Airport transfer very effecient, although we weren't informed where to meet the bus upon arrival (turned out to be adjacent door 4 on level 2). Breakfast served in the room was a nice touch.

Just for a night lay over
While traveling I had to make some changes in my plans and bookef this place in a hurry because of the transfer to the airport. It was a bit confusing but they finally picked me up. I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't sleep any of them. It's really far away. Need a taxi to the train station and half an hour commuting. So what you save in accommodation you spend on transport. My next flight was from the old airport and of course no transfer there. You need a taxi plus the tolls... Just recommend if staying for a night lay over.

Dåligt ställe
Allmänt lite dåligt med bl.a läckande tvättställ så hela golvet badade i vatten. Gick inte att kontakta hotellet via deras hemsida så vi fick ta taxi från flygplatsen och betala själva. Dålig frukost. Dit åker vi inte igen. Personalen var trevlig ialla fall.

støjende hunde og hotel vandpumpe og slidt aircon ej søvn hele natten. væk op service non existant men lovet. rengøring af lokaler om natten meget støjende bygning, håbløst uden sovepiller. ingen butikker. eneste gode er rtransport og pris. pas inddrages uden grund.nej tak
