The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect cause there were metro and bus station just in the front but I have to say that some nearby streets were Little bit shady. Room was ok. Ac worked very efficiently, it was almost chilly sometimes. It was very nice hotel to explore the city with another adult.

Good hotel with excellent location beside metro and busses. Short walk everywhere, old town, beaches etc. Friendly staff, good food and breakfast. Pool on the roof with a nice wiew to town and bar.

Henkilökunta asiallisen ystävällistä. Aamupala ihan ok. Huone muuten hyvä, mutta käytännössä ikkunaton. Vain yksi samea pieni ikkuna sisäkuiluun. Teki vankilamaisen olon, mutta emme paljon huoneessa muuta tehneet kuin nukuimme. Nettiyhteys oli kömpelö ja takkusi välillä kokonaan. Aina palatessa joutui näpyttelemään uudelleen sisään wifiin.

Friendly service, but rooms varied quite much. We have two rooms, another one was great with a nice view, another one was quite tight and dark practically without window view.

Location easy to get around, recommended to get Hola Barcelona ticket - access to Metro and Montjuic next to the hotel. Clean and tidy. Fresh breakfast, good quality coffees and juices appreciated by us.

Overall a very good stay, great views from the rooftop area. The hotel is in a great location very close to lots of tourist attraction's and the metro is right outside the door! We were informed at reception when checking in that the pool that it was shut due to a water shortage in the city, it would of been nice to be informed about this before arrival by the hotel as we only booked the hotel due to it having a pool (I know this is not their fault but just a curtesy email would of been nice as I most probably would of booked a different hotel). Just a note that if you are a light sleeper this hotel might not be the hotel for you as I was woken up a few times by people slamming doors and running around in the corridors, I read people complaining about the noise from the road however when the window was shut you could not hear anything.

Had a fantastic long weekend stay at the hotel. It is very conveniently located with a main Metro stop right outside which will easily take you to the many attractions located within Barcelona. The rooms were clean, and the the facilities were also good (the rooftop pool was not open due to the recent draught in Catalonya, but that is understandable given the circumstances). I would definitely recommend it for the convenience and friendliness of the staff.

Good hotel in a good area. Metro station nearby and Ramblas is just a 5-10 min walk away. Room was a good size. I was happy with it. The only negatives were; -Wifi was bad!! Literally did not work on 8th floor. Had to use my own data. They could improve on that. -Toilets in reception could have been better. Not much space for people to freshen up seeing as check in is 3pm.

The best parts were the staff and terrace. The pool is closed due to the drought and no one told us about this - it does not even say on their website and we only found out during checkin, which was very disappointing as this was a large reason we decided to stay here. We also got given room 211 which was right above the main road and metro station. The windows were single glazed (it sounded like they were open) and we slept terribly because of this. We mentioned this at reception the next day and got switched to a room which was much quieter and nicer.

We were family of 3, we got very dark room . It was room with inside window, so it seemed night time 24/7 :( towel dryer doesn’t work in bathroom, we told in reception but no action was taken :( it was rainy period so dryer would help .

The terrace bar didn’t work the whole time we were there. The pool doesn’t work as well. Very limited choices of breakfast. I will not come back, and don’t recommend! The only good thing about the hotel is the location!

The hotel is located next to a metro station with great transport links, and it’s also a walking distance from many of the city’s attractions. The rooms are well-furnished and spacious, and we found the beds very comfortable. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the reception is 24/7 if you need anything. The only thing to bear in mind is that it’s on a busy road, so at night it’s not the quietest location.

Nice enough, clean, helpful staff. Good that it is possible to open the window for fresh air. Pillows uncomfortable. Some things in the room could use a refresh. The desk in the room was unsuited to business travel. The view from the room of the neighbour's laundry was... Interesting.
