Good stay for a family
The staff are friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, only the internet is not so good in the room. Over all, is good to stay with family. Happy to stay in Aston. Will always book/stay in aston hotel.

Pros : The breakfast buffet was excellent. Place is near to 2 malls and there are many massage places. Cons : There are a lot of small cockroaches in the room and they don’t change the bedsheets. Very dusty. You need to wait for 5-10 mins for the water to turn to warm for showering. Shower gel and shampoo is also limited. They don’t supply new ones if you don’t request from housekeeping. You need to put the sign - Please clean my room or else your room will not be cleaned at all.

We booked n emphasised 3 pax in a room. But instead not given extra beddings, towels, pillows n blankets or even bed for 3rd pax. Instead request we hv to pay extra 350,000Rp per room per night. In-House massage was even worst. Book for 3 masseuse but only 2 show up. 2nd night massage was even worst! 2 young inexperienced masseuse which keep on playing wif hp, using 1 hand to massage 1 hand on hp. Very disappointed n upset! Hopefully on our next visit we sincerely hope tt tis Massage Parlour will improve! Breakfast is a failure!

The Hotel is located very near to BCS Mall and the Grand Batam Mall.There are eateries, shops and massage parlors in its vicinity which makes this place indeed suitable for shoppers to fulfill the touristy shopping and appetite needs. The hotel staff are friendly and the Superior room is decently and adequately furnished, except for amenities and that the hot shower took a little while to turn on. The fridge in my room is actually not functioning. Morning Breakfast is a simple spread and restaurant can get overly crowded with food serving running out fast and replenishment being slow. Generally its alright and would recommend for short overnight getaway stay.

Location was good. Breakfast some bowls cups were stained not properly cleaned. Some staff were seen coughing and did not wash hands After touching thier hair. The tables can be cleaned better some flies were seen. Everything can be improved slightly more.

Location: it is a walking distance to alfa mart, street food and grand mall batam. Nearby to Ngoya Hill by drive. Breakfast buffet: wide spread of food that will be spoiled for choices. Room: Comfortable except for our room, the aircon leakage is pretty bad. We had called them on the first night to get it fixed but it still leaking the subsequent night. Service: from check in to check out, their staffs are very friendly.

Bedsheets, pillows are not clean. Smell and look dirty. The towels are yellowish grey, the hotel should find a better laundry vendor to handle the washing. It makes all of us scared of bathing. The shower cream and shampoo are so low grade that we could not take a proper shower. Hotel can consider using soap dispenser to reduce wastage, if that is what the hotel is trying to do. The quality of the local dishes were surprisingly bad. The usual staple of mee goreng and fried rice cannot even meet normal indonesian standard.
