We had a family room on ground floor, actually underground. Bathroom was separate from the room and it was very cold. Water in shower was either hot or cold. Room was small, there wasn't no table (in the picture there was) and you could hear all noises from the street. But heater worked, and that was very good think, otherwise the room would have been frozen/cold.

We got the "family" room from downstairs under the street level. It was moist and got mold in it. Luckily we had an upgrade to another room. Reception was good and proffessional. Good location!

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla rautatieaseman läheisyydessä siistillä ja rauhallisella alueella. Huoneemme oli pieni kuten osasimme sitä odottaakin ja ilmastointi myös puuttui vaikka joka huoneessa se piti olla.

Ihan asiallinen majoitus lontoon ytimessä
Siisti hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisella kadulla. Plussaa oli Victoria aseman läheisyys jonka yhteydessä metro sekä suora bussiyhteys Stanstedin lentokentälle.Kävelymatkaakin keskustan kohteisiin vain parisen kilometriä. Huone oli pieni lattiatilaa minimaalisesti,mutta se oli siisti. Huoneessa oli yllätyksekseni myös vedenkeittimen lisäksi myös jääkaappi ja mikro. Wifin sai 20 punnalla viikokoksi huoneeseen ja se toimi ensimmäisen kerroksen sisäpihan huoneessa hyvin.Sängyssä pehmeät tyynyt eikä patjakaan ihan kovimmasta päästä. Aamiaista eikä aamiastilaa hotellissa ei ollut. Suikun kanssa sai olla tarkkana koska se antoi aluksi hetken kylmää sitten tulikuumaa kunnes löysi sopivan lämpötilan.

We have spent four nights in a four bed economy room in this hotel in December 2023. The hotel is located very centrally and there are many cafés and Shops in the surrounding area. You can reach all of the famous attractions in London very quickly using public transfer. Our four bed room was very small, the beds and especially the pillows were not comfortable at all. The window was so thin, you could hear and feel every gust of wind. The bathroom was not located inside of our room, we had to go down a hallway to reach it. The bathroom was very very cold and humid (as well as the bedroom). There was a weird canalisation-like smell in the stairway and last but not least, the walls are very thin so you could hear everything that happened inside the house (I recommend earplugs if you want to get some sleep). Concerning the very low price and the fact that we were really only in the hotel at night, the experience was fine. All in all, for people who do not plan to spend much time inside their hotel room and who choose a very good and central location over comfort, this hotel is good.

Although the property had a very nice location and the housekeeping staff was very friendly, I would not be staying here again. The rooms did not have AC and being there during a heatwave was not desirable. The shower head mount was broken so we had to hold the head to shower and there was a hole in the shower around the light which allowed me to see right into the room above me. The check in staff was not the friendliest however they did allow us to check in an hour early. We were able to store our bags on the first day for free which was nice. The description said they can assist with tours, however this consisted of a bulletin board that you could find out information on your own. The close proximity to the Victoria station and local convenience stores was a nice perk.

We were given a room in the basement. Our room was part of a fire hallway so our bathroom was detached from the room and at the end of the hall. The main bed in the room felt like it had been there for years, and the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the tiles, walls, and door. The vent was packed full of dirt/dust so it did nothing. The shower glass was not wide enough so the water from the shower just spilled out into the main part of the bathroom and flooded the floor. We did not have anyone tend to the room, replace towels, and toiletries in our 4 night stay. We asked twice about it and the reception just seemed confused on why it got skipped. No A/C in the rooms made it tough considering the heat while we were there. Overall not satisfied with the stay, the staff, or the cleanliness. I honestly can not think of a single thing about the hotel we enjoyed

是酒店唯一一間4人房，但感覺房間未是預備好給旅客住宿的，首先，地面是斜的，喼常常自行移動的，要用鞋頂住；沒有地方放東西，我們是打開衣櫃門，用內裏兩塊層架放東西；此外，入房間行兩部便上床，打開大喼是問題，最後決定用一張床放雜物及開喼用途；淋浴間太細，花灑水不夠力，水喉經常熱水欠奉，每次開都有好大聲水喉震動聲音，是水力不足罷，較難供應至最高樓層。唯一好處是近熱門景點，約20分鐘步程便可以去白金漢宮，大笨鐘等，真的很方便。

Outstanding neighborhood and convenient access to Victoria Coach Station for a transfer to Heathrow. The only negative was a two foot streak of black mold on the caulking in the shower of C8.

Kan man leve med et middelmådigt hotel, hvor pladsen er lille men der er det man skal bruge. Så er det et ganske fint lille hotel. Der var skiftet sengetøj hver dag vi kom hjem fra alle de oplevelser vi var ude på. Personalet var søde. Der var dejlige mange små cafeer, pub's, indkøb og spisesteder lige uden for døren. Stor busterminal 200 meter fra fordøren. (Gemt godt af vejen) Beliggenhed, den er fantastisk, kort afstend til alt. Vi var en familie på 4 og hvor de 2 møj unger var 7 og 8 år. Samlet vurdering af det her lille 2 stjernet hotel. 8/10

The rooms are extremely tiny. No room for two people to stand at the same time. A big suitcase can not fit in this room. Toilets are so tiny (you can not use the toilet and have the door close at the same time). No AC. Overall cleanness of the room is terrible: The walls are EXTREMELY dirty with marks, bed sheets and towels were not clean. The location is great, but that is the only good thing about this hotel. Bedsprings are horrible.

Great exterior but interior disappointing, musty smell on entry, carpet that needs replacing, cheap laminate in room, basic cheap furnishings, Walls in need of painting & very stained. Worst experience
Worst experience ever, dirty room, loose window banging in wind, black hairs in the bed, toliet flushes in the night, mold on the walls and cupboard, main door to rooms on the hook and random drunk locals walking in an using shared bathroom, bed nothing but springs the list goes on. To make it worst there was noone to complain too other than a person whos job it was not to complain too and then i couldnt get a refund. We left and wenr somewhere else.

Disgraceful to say the least
It was disgraceful to say the least!! It looked nothing like the pictures! The walls were dirty and the room was very claustrophobic!! In the end we had to leave after only being there for less than 20 minutes as we knew we weren’t going to be able to sleep there at all!! We felt very uncomfortable there and will never return!!!!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I requested and paid for a room with two single beds. The room was on the top floor, one single bed and was the size of someone's bathroom. Was the smallest room, no bathroom which was located 3 floors down- just horrible.

Best Stay in London Ever
The best room I've had in London. I just wanted somewhere to crash whilst studying and so just got a small single room. On arrival I was so pleased to find I had been upgraded free of charge. The room was a delight and so private! It allowed me the luxury of being able to access my own bathroom (shared bathrooms can be problematic when you're in a rush in the morning!) Also the room was so clean and the added extras (milk in the fridge etc) really made this room such a pleasure to walk into! Honestly, hand on heart the best room I've stayed in on a budget!

A very bad experience, avoid!
Our room was not as advertised at all and there were many issues with the room/hotel and the staff. The room was advertised as a double room (with a double bed) but it was just two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses and beds were of poor quality, very uncomfortable and sloping inwards. When we arrived, there was a blocking of our room door with a hoover left by the cleaners. The room smelt damp and the walls were marked and dirty. There was no storage space in the room. When we looked out of the bedroom window, the roof just below the windowsill had cigarette butts, beer cans and a used hypodermic needle on it. The bathroom was incredibly small and extremely inconvenient to use. And there was no sink in the bathroom. But there was a kitchen sink in the room by the bed (definitely not shown in any of the hotel listing photos nor mentioned in the listing.) And when we went to complain to the staff at reception, they didn't offer any solutions and were completely disinterested and dismissive. We requested a room change but they told us there were no more rooms available, even though we had previously checked just moments before on hotels.com and there were at least two available other rooms for that night. The photos and description used in the listing for this hotel are very misleading. Would definitely not recommend.
