Great stay!
We were upgraded to a 4 star hotel of the same chain, just accross the street from Easy. The hotel was incredibly beautiful, the room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was definitely the crown jewel of the room. Breakfast was organised smoothly and the food was absolutely fantastic!

Perushyvä hotelli
Hyvä sijainti julkisten kulkuneuvojen kannalta, vieressä kehäradan asema ja raitiovaunupysäkki. Radan läheisyydestä huolimatta ainakin meidän huoneemme kuudennessa kerroksessa oli hiljainen. Siisti, kohtuullisen tilava huone. Kylpyhuone pienehkö, mutta riittävän kokoinen. Aamiainen varsin hyvä. Oikeastaan ainoa huono puoli hotellissa oli pienet hissit. Niitä on vain 2 kpl ja yhteen hissiin mahtuu vain kaksi ihmistä laukkujen kanssa tai 4-5 ihmistä ilman laukkuja.

Palvelun taso oli huono ja paikoin jopa epäystävällinen. Huoneessa oli lähes 30 astetta lämmintä, eikä hotellin henkilökunta voinut tehdä asialle mitään.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel, the room is very well furnished, great desk and chair for computer work, overall a very relaxing room. The bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. No complaints regarding the room or breakfast which is also very good. Public transport options are right on your doorstep, there's a supermarket and pharmacy nearby too. One drawback was the relatively few eating options in the immediate area.

Liked the hotel very much. Great location with a tram station very close. The staff is amazing. Bed is convenient and lightning system is easy to control. What I didn’t like is cleanliness of the bathtub as I found a dark hair when I arrived and I’m pretty sure it was never cleaned even afterwards. Other than that, it’s a great cozy hotel with amazing and helpful staff

We visited Berlin as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and stayed at this lovely hotel where all the staff are extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful! The people on the front desk were very welcoming and were able to help whenever we had a question. The room was much bigger than we expected and everything was so clean! Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, although a little small, was perfectly adequate. The only thing that was a slight negative is that we were expecting 2 single beds for the teenagers but it was a sofa bed instead and was not comfortable at all (I've never found a sofa bed that is) which was a shame as we did SO much walking during the day, it would have been nice for them to get a comfortable night's sleep. Housekeeping came and cleaned the room every 2 days, those that we saw always had a cheerful greeting for us and did a lovely job. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice - literally something for everyone - and all the food was very tasty. A very good selection of cooked and cold meats, eggs, toast, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, juice, teas, coffee etc. Brenda, in the breakfast restaurant, always had a smile for all the guests. There is a tram literally around the corner and it only takes about 13 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz with great transport connexions. We never waited more than a few minutes for a tram or a train. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely stay here again if we go

Good location to get to sites via tram. Right next to an amazing pool where you can pay to swim. Breakfast buffet had many selections including vegan and vegetarian options. Dennis was very helpful and Silvester was awesome!

We visited with 3 little kids (6, 3, and 1 YO) and booked a surprisingly spacious lounge room. The hotel is kid-friendly as they have a kid's area in the restaurant and in the lobby, too. Although the hotel is next to a busy intersection it was adequately quiet. The beds were comfy as well, we had a great time

Die zentrale Lage mit den Einkaufs- und Freizeit/Sportmöglichkeiten sind prima! Insbesondere als Familie. Aber: 1. Das Hotel ist wenig kleinkindtauglich. Im Eingangsbereich, wo sich auch schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Spielsachen/Kinderbücher befinden, riecht es nach Rauch als ob Raucher direkt dort geraucht hätten. Wenn man als Gast von draußen ins Hotel kommt, muss man durch den vollgekoteten (von Vögeln) Eingangsbereich hindurchbegeben. 2. Der Zustand der Sachen und Möbel macht keinen ordentlichen, sauberen Eindruck. Eher verdreckt und ungepflegt. 3. Das größte Manko bei unserem Zimmer (Familienzimmer/2 Zimmer für 4 Personen): Im winzigen Bad waren die Fliesen kaputt, aus der Badewanne lief das Wasser auf den Boden, aus den rissigen Fliesenfugen kamen kleine Tiere wie Silberfische und Ohrenkneifer. Sehr unschön!
