Comfortable room with excellent view of Jungfrau
Double room was very comfortable and had excellent view of Jungfrau. Good fridge / food storage system. But kitchen was bit crowded in evenings. Easy to walk / bus to Interlaken West and Ost

Best hostel ever. I'm very picky solo woman and i absolutely loved it. It is an experience not just a hostel. They give you a free bus pass too. It is super clean and close to things. The owner was there when i checked out he was very kind and asked me about my experience.

Was closed to the bus stop and easy accessible to any part of interlaken. The staff were friendly and made great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

One night
Only stayed one night but the staff were all polite and helpful... The room was basic but no issues, clean building and surroundings... I would stay again if in the area..

Me gusto la cas ay las habitaciones, el hotel está bien ubicado y hay una cocina. La persona que nos recibió no era muy amable y no nos ayudó con las preguntas que teníamos, al día siguiente está otra persona y estaba muy amable .

직원분들이 엄청 친절하십니다. 있을껀 다있고 놀거리도 있습니다 (보드게임,당구장,탁구장) 다만 먼지가 많아서 저처럼 알레르기가 있으신분은 피하시는게 좋습니다.

Charming Hostel
As Hostels go, this place is wonderful social environment to meet people and to go on adventures from. The staff are both knowledgeable and especially helpful, really taking the time to make you feel welcomed. The accommodations are about average for a hostel, but they more than make up for it with their charm and graciousness.

Wouldn't recommend if you like sleep
Great place to stay if you're into partying. I would not recommend staying here if you plan to sleep before midnight and wake up early to do activities. The neighbors on our floor were not considerate of others sleeping. People were talking and laughing past 2AM even on a Monday. The showers are very tiny and cleanliness was alright. We were bitten by bugs almost every night. Honestly not sure if they were bed bugs or mosquitos.

No hot water ,I can not take a shower with cold water. It should have been showed in explanation on this site.

We had heating problems that is why the showers had limited warm water. We apologize for that but we must say that we are working on that. Thanks for your honest opinion.

インターラーケンウェストあるいはオスト駅からそれぞれ歩いて20分ほど。世界各国から旅行者が集まる大きなホステルで水回りや共同キッチンなど設備もしっかりしていました。

When we arrived at around midnight and checked in, we walked into our room to see it was already occupied and there was a naked man in the bed. Went back down to reception to figure out the issue, waited 45 minutes (almost 1am) to be helped. Ended up getting a different room with two twin beds which was very tiny instead of a large room with one double bed. Had to check out the next morning and repack our stuff before we could be rechecked in to a different room. Other than this huge mess, the place offered adequate amenities.

We're sorry for the negative experience you had when you first arrive at your hostel room. We completely understand that you were not happy with the alternative room you stayed in the first night. The situation was quite unusual for us as well, normally our rooms don't come with naked men

차라리 백패커스를..
미리 예약해서 가격이 쌋던거 빼고는 큰 장점을 느끼지 못했습니다. 위치도 동역 서역 갈어서20분정도는 잡아야 하는 거리라 이동하는데 편하지도 않았을 뿐더러 숙소안에 개인 라커가 없어 개인짐 보관이 많이 힘들었습니다. 물론 유료 보관함이 있기는 했지만 하루에 10프랑이라는 다서 부담스러운 가격이었습니다.

Great place to stay, but staff could be friendlier
Location is good, on a main road with easy access to everything. Hostel was a fun place. Club was dead and empty. Staff was surprisingly rude. 2 of the ladies who worked there showed no interest in guest experience, and one guy looked like all he wanted to do was flirt with the 18-19 year-old girls. Breakfast is okay. Parking is free but approx 1-1.5km walk from hostel. Hostel served its purpose, but staff friendliness was disappointing.

다른데 가세요
계단이 좁고 많은데 엘레베이터가 없었습니다. 23키로 캐리어에 8키로 백팩 매고 왔다갔다 하기엔 너무 벅찼네요... 호스텔 안에 클럽있어서 시끄럽구요. 금요일 밤에는 소음도 정말 심했어요. 사람들이 클럽에서 신나게 놀고 씻지를 않아서 방에 들어가면 냄새 엄청납니다. 뭐 샤워실이 불편해서 그런거라거나 제가 묵는 방에서만 그랬을수도 있다고 이해는 하지만 어쨌든 짜증나는 상황이었습니다... 샤워실에 물건 올려둘 데 없고 고리 딸랑 두개에 좁고 불편합니다. 샤워기 버튼 누르면 10초 물 나오고 꺼집니다. 조식 맛없는 빵에 잼발라먹는거랑 초코뮤즐리 옥수수시리얼 요거트3종류 이렇게 구성되어있습니다. 3일이상 내내 먹으니까 엄청 물리더라구요 전반적으로 비추입니다.

로비와 라운지가 넓어서 많은 사람들이 이용 가능함. 간단한 취식이 가능함! 그러나 화장실과 샤워실이 한층에 따로 모여있었음 ㅠ 복작거리는 시간대나 성수기때는 힘들 듯. 비성수기라서 나는 좋았음

물가 비싼 스위스,, 야심차게 장봐서 밥해먹으려 했지만 안타깝게도 주방이 너무 작습니다... 다들 여기저기 구경하고 오느라 저녁 8시쯤 들어와 밥할텐데 그래서 그런지 시간이 지날수록 더더더 붐비고,, 외국애들은 자꾸 냄비째로 가져다먹어서 조리할수도 없고,, 휴우 인터라켄 내 숙박객들은 인터라켄 내 이용가능한 버스 무료 쿠폰을 받을 수 있습니다. 흐음 그리고 한국인들 많이 와서 그런지 곳곳에 한국어 안내문도 많아요. 수돗물 먹어도 된다고 맛있기까지 하다던데 정말 물맛 좋았어요. 방은 정말 좁긴 좁아요. 그리고 그냥 건물 자체가 가건물인건지 한발한발 내딛을때마다 끼긱 거리고,, 뭔가 화장실 문 같은것도 컨테이너문 같고? 그리고 창문 밖 소리가 굉장히 잘 들리는데 클럽 있는 날도 있고 아닌날도 하여튼 시끄러워요.
