Nicely renovated however the pillows were awful. The breakfast was minimal and staff was very slow to replenish the coffee and other items.

The room given is on level 1 and there is too much noise from the top floor. Too much of walking and dropping stuff constantly and staff are unable to sort it out, it is 9:50 in the night and I am having a hard time putting my kid to sleep. Looks like this old structure is unable to take up this stress from the top........

Great customer service. However, the AC/Heating Unit (Mini Split) located at the Room 113 produced very loud noise whenever it went off that kept waking us up in the middle of the night (thus lack of restfully sleep). Just after midnight, we turned off the machine. We decided that being chill, but under blanket as well as dealing with poor ventilation, they were better than being awaken every 10 to 20 minutes. This was our experience for a family with two small kids. Hope that other people fair better.

Property had everything I needed. It was clean, the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was full but I heard zero disturbance. Breakfast was good for me. Staff at front desk was friendly and efficient upon arrival. Worked for me for my two night stay.

It was gross! It's so old and dirty! Bed was hard, dog crap every where. Dogs are destroying so many hotels!!!! 😢

I was stranded in Bishop due to a ruptured brake line and picked Quality Inn for its proximity to local pibs and shopping. It worked out great. Lots of options in walking distance. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped turn a bad situation into a memorable couple of days.

It checked all the boxes. The rooms were cute and clean. It got a little busy in the evenings when the skiers came back for the night. But overall it was good. The bed was super duper comfy. And the tub was huge if you like to take baths 😊

Their breakfast was very limited. Coffee pot was empty and almost nothing to eat at 7am. The bathroom doorknob was broken and would have been apparent to the maid. I reported it when I checked out to the front desk. I also mentioned the lack of breakfast foods. She said that Smart n Final had lots of foods out of stock....so shop Costco instead of letting customers go without breakfast!

Great renovated room! The free parking was super tough if you have a large SUV. Staff was really helpful. From the outside and the common areas, it’s rough looking, but the renovated room made up for it!!

Good basic motel near the slopes.
Great value and location, clean rooms and friendly service. My only complaints were: 1. They could only give us 1 key per roll. This was fine since we were just going to sleep there and head up to Mammoth for the rest of the weekend, but could have been a problem if we had other plans and some of us were coming/going at different times. I mean, this is a national motel chain- you should have extra key cards, or charge us a dollar for one at the very least! (said they were running low because they were fully booked…) 2. Breakfast choices very sparse- luckily they had waffles which my teen boys loved, but no fruit. no hard boiled eggs, only one type of cereal next to 2 empty dispensers, 1-2 types of bread, jelly but no PB or cream cheese. I’d like to think they could be better prepared. We were down there at 6:45am so it couldn’t have run out.

A decent hotel to stay for a night or two. The only complaint is the AC, which is a bit loud and never shuts off. We have to turn it on and off so we could feel comfortable or sleep.

Accommodating staff. Property AND rooms felt brand new / refurnished. Breakfast was included like waffles, coffee, juice, and bagels. There are restaurants that were 5-10 minute walk depending on what you are looking for which was convenient. The place was about 45 minutes away from Mammoth Village. Only issue I encountered was our room key randomly deactivates but their front desk easily addresses this. Overall, we had a greater experience than what I expected.

The place is wonderful for an overnight stay on your way to Mammoth. Rooms are clean and accessible. The only downside is the HVAC which is noisy. Will keep you up all night.

Sound proof wasn’t great, can hear people snoring or talking outside. Breakfast was very basic. Location is nice, steps away from gas station and McDonald.

Adequate affordable hotel in Bishop
Adequate, affordable lodgings at a convenient stopping point in our travel. The room met our expectations. Breakfast was insufficiently restocked and closed early, but fortunately we brought our own supplies.

The room was adequate, Bed could have warmer blankets The only bad part - was the Heater/AC unit. Had a continual fan, LOUD and NOISEY, made it hard to sleep. Tried turning the fans Off and they would go off.

No room service under a 3 day stay. We had to deal with a dirty room from Saturday to Monday. Breakfast was simple but not pleasant. Waffle mix was watered down making them undercook. A good recipe for sick hotel guest. Ok for first time wouldn’t return or recommend unless it’s an emergency stay.
