The hotel service and facilities are great. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and very reasonable. The beach is beautiful but always low tide.

The property is a good place to unwind because of its peaceful and spacious area. The food is good too as well as the location of their restaurant overlooking the beach.

There are additional corsage fee everything you bought from outside stores, like water, food, meats, etc. Beach not suitable for children to swim due to lots of rocks and weeds.

Wonderful place!
The place was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. Beautiful setting! The bungalow was right on the beach with amazing views of the beach and the reef far in the distance. The water was crystal clear and very clean. The property had two pools and a jacuzzi that were well maintained. Our accommodations were not 5 star but very nice and quaint, but don't expect luxury. No screens on the windows, the bamboo floor had a few nails sticking up, the bathroom was separate from the room but only one step away. The room was up several steep steps with no elevator. Having said all that, it all added to the ambiance. I'd stay here again without any hesitation.

Mr Berni, your staff did not give back our Php 2000 deposit. They said, we did not paid for it since we don’t have any receipt. But they wont let us stay and check-in without a cash deposit. They only gave us the policy and let us sign it. We thought that was it. We are used to Credit card deductions and return for deposits so it was all new to us. It was never deducted from our incidentals of over Php 7,500 and souvenirs from the shope of over Php2,000. The deposit is such a small money considering our reservation of 2 Kubo & 3 Mansion rooms worth more than Php60,000. But it is the integrity and principle that we are advocating for. It made me feel bad about the overall stay. Initially, I was disappointed with some lacking toiletries and basic amenities and maintenance but thought the service made up for it. I guess, I was mistaken and that small issue of no receipt, no deposit refund really stings. Very disappointed to what would have been a pleasant stay. Keep the money, thanks.

It was a nice place but the food service is too slow. They charge extra for a lot of things. The restaurant is very open so the flies are all over you. The staff are very nice and accommodating though. Overall it was a good vacation with family.

Unpleasant room experience for the luxury price.
Overall place was good, specially the garden, beach front, but Room Expectations was not met. Room is outdated, a lot of mosquitoes, smell is old. Dirty bathroom with a lot of black molds on the corner, bath tub sower is clogged, you need to take the dirty cover, toilet bowl is outdated. No PWD or Sr Citizen discount for additional child. Booking is not promo. NO coffeemaker - you need to request hot water from time to time. No Cabinet for clothes or luggages, free water but in a pitcher already inside the ref. No food allowed. Towels are outdated. Please note that i dont have any intention to mess up with theHotel, but please check your rooms carefully and be considerate to all guests. This is base only from our experienced. Please see photos.

The staff are very helpful, courteous and reliable. I feel very safe. The security guards are very visible. This is my 3rd time here at the Amore section. Food is good. Place is a good place to relax. I highly recommend.

The facility itself is beautiful. Two large pools and a front beach access however the service and room are outdated. We had the villa room. I requested beforehand a queen size bed instead of twin because we have our 9 month old baby with us but we were given a room with twin beds. They rectified the mistake and we were escorted to our new room. The floor was dusty. There’s no wifi in the room. The room lock (for the love of God) doesn’t work. Breakfast has limited options. Pancakes were stale and they ran out of coffee during buffet breakfast. To be honest the place is over priced for the amenities offered.

Beim Einchecken wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden. Wir sind nach 10 Minuten suche Essen gegangen. Das Essen war gut. Das Zimmer war dann sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Der alten Klimaanlage hätte ein Service gut getan, damit der moderige Geruch weg kommt. Dann wäre sie nur noch laut gewesen. Das beim inkludierten Frühstück nur Cafe dabei war und Tee zu bezahlen ist überrascht in dieser Preisklasse. Wir reisen 100 Tage im Jahr, aber das ist uns noch nie passiert, dass Tee zu Zahlen war.

Aside from the little “creatures” in the bathroom, it was a pleasant stay. Staff were very courteous, always smiling and acknowledging the guests with a “good morning or good evening”.
