Worth staying!
This place was very nice, we stayed for two nights. The city cat (ferry) terminal is located only some 500m away and there is affordable ferry to the city centre every 15 mins. This hotel had the shuttle buss included in the price and the service was very polite! Lots of free parking space around!

Comfortable place
I have stayed here many times. Lovely people that own and run the place. Good food in the area and handy to the airport.

This is a typical 3 star motel and we were satisfied with our stay. The location is handy, fairly close to public transportation (free airport shuttle) and a few good restaurants are nearby. We arrived earlier than expected but were told we had to wait for check in or pay $50 for early check in. On this trip we stayed at a dozen different places, evertime we arrived early we were given a room, so we were a bit disappointed with the Riverview Motel.

Convenient to airport
Easy check in when out of hours. WiFi code given. Easy car parking. Ground floor much easier if you have heavy suitcases. Cafes close by. Comfy bed.

This old style motel is cheap so it is unfair to criticise it for being a bit frayed around the edges. We checked in after 5:00pm and there was no one to meet and greet. We got our key from the box, but not the wifi password, which was frustrating.

The room was very small and there was rust in the bathroom and around the window. Otherwise I would have given it 5/5. I also got charged more than what I had booked it for.

We've been using this place for several years now for overnight stays to and from the airport. The folks are friendly and very accommodating. We really appreciate the complementary service to the airport. The local area is easily accessible for walking and transportation to the city.

No hot water in the shower. Only the sink Curtains not attached so not blockout. No cutlery. Very dirty. Bed was comfortable bit light shines onto head. Phone doesnt work. Unaware of stairs or would have asked for lower level room due to disability.

I dont generally write reviews but i felt compelled to for this one. I have no problem with budget accommodation but this was exceptionally poor. Black mold on the ceilings above the bed, the bathroom door lock was broken (couldnt even keep the door shut). Mold all over the walls and on the ceiling in the bathroom. Dirty toilet. Stained carpets, AC didnt get cold. Had booked and paid for 2 nights, left after one. I certainly wont be staying there again and do not recomend this place to anyone.
