Ihana loma Montenegrossa
Siisti hotelli. Vessapaperit ja saippua olisivat voineet kuulua hintaan koko viikon ajan. Pyyhkeiden vaihto ja siivous mielellään useammin kuin kerran viikossa. Hotellista oli upeat näkymät ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelu loistavaa.

Property is amazing, very clean, staff Ljubinka and Momirka are just super pleasent and always there to help. Anything you need and dont have in the suit you can ask them and they will provide. The view from our suite was unreal, the best view of Budva. Only thing is the hill where the hotel is very steep and narrow. Not hard to climb bit if you want to walk like we did every day its hard to do it twice a day. Parking is super small and tricky to park. In Budva there was no parking so we walked all the time leaving our car at the property. Overall amazing vacation, thank you Aqua Resort

Flat containing basic, but insufficient furniture: for example, a 2-seater sofa for a 2-bedroom apartment, no oven, no cooking basics (I'm aware that it's self-catering, but a little bit of oil and vinegar wouldn't go amiss). Bed was not made on arrival (we looked for and found the sheet in the cupboard - but double size for a king-size bed). The main problem of this place is its location: high up a VERY steep hill, absolutely impossible to walk up in the heat of summer with a bag of shopping, and rude and crooked taxi drivers (was quoted €20 for the 1km trip, managed to haggle down to €10, but still a robbery at that price). And driving down the hill is not an option because there is nowhere to park. One good point: the lady who welcomed us and who was extremely helpful.

Sehr, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - besonders die beiden Damen der Rezeption. Die Apartmentanlage liegt auf einem Berg und die Zimmer bieten somit einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt. Wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs sein möchte, erfordert dies einiges an Kondition, ist aber auch gleichzeitig perfektes Fitnesstraining (oder man nutzt ein Taxi). Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Mikrowelle, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. Die Poolanlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen Außengrill, an dem man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Kostenfreies WLAN und Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Also alles perfekt.

AMAZING!
Beautiful, clean apartment with incredible views. The beds were comfortable, shower was roomy had good water pressure. The kitchen was well appointed. The apartment manager was kind and friendly. She gave great information and recommendations for taxis, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend booking at Aqua Apartments.

Would recommend!
Everything was very nice, except the fact that we were given only two toilet paper for 5 people for three days stay, which definitely was not enough. I guess this is the policy however in my opinion this is very unrealistic. Everything was clean. Service was provided at very high level. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Hotel is located on a hill but with amazing views of Budva. Room was clean as was hotel and pool. Would’ve given this hotel full marks but for an incident at the end. When I checked out I mistakenly left a lot of money under my pillow. The safe wasn’t working and the staff had finished for the night so left money under my pillow. Completely forgot it was still under there like a numpty. It was my own fault. However soon after I realised and rang hotel. They didn’t answer so emailed them telling them of my mistake. They replied and said the maid hadn’t seen my money. How can you change bedding and not see an envelope with over 1500 Croatian Kuna there? It’s impossible. If you choose to stay here, it’s a nice hotel but I would be wary of leaving belongings or money in the room.

Nice apartment with beautiful views. It was rather noisy with a lot of parties in the other apartments. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, and very steep. Taxis are very inexpensive

Ikke så gjestfritt som det burde ha vært
Vi var en familie med to ungdommer som bodde her en uke i juli. Vi bodde i en stor leilighet med helt fantastisk utsikt. Leiligheten var veldig romslig og behagelig med to soverom, to bad, romslig kjøkken og stor stue. Renholdet var veldig bra, og sengene gode. Den store flotte stua med panoramautsikt ut over Budva og sjøen, og som i utgangspunktet ville vært et veldig flott oppholdssted for hele familien, hadde bare en litt vond sofa med plass til to personer. En ekstra sofa ville vært naturlig og hyggelig. Kjøkkenet var romslig, og kunne gjerne hatt litt mer utstyr. Bassenget var flott, men solstolene var nokså slitt og delvis ødelagt. Det kom noen nye i løpet av uken vi var der, så mulig disse er i ferd med å bli byttet ut. Det vi opplevde som mest negativt, var holdningen til gjestene. Vi ble møtt av en ansatt som viste oss rundt og forklarte at hvis vi ødela noe måtte vi erstatte det. Vi måtte betale et depositum som de ville trekke fra ev. knuste glass etc. fra. I og med at en del møbler etc. var litt slitt var det litt ubehagelig å være engstelig for å måtte betale for ev. ting som gikk i stykker. Ved avreise ville de inspisere rommet for å se om noe var ødelagt før vi fikk tilbake depositumet. Det opplevdes ikke så gjestfritt og vennlig. Det var 3 aircondition-anlegg i leiligheten. Disse var veldig effektive, men med såpass mye støy at jeg måtte sove med ørepropper. Det var også høy musikk fra byen. Alt i alt hadde vi et hyggelig opphold, men det kunne vært bedre.

Nice apartment with great view/pool
The apartment is very nice with an excellent view and relaxing pool. The staff were professional and helpful. The location is good, but be aware that the walk back is quite steep so you'll probably want to walk down but taxi back up. The walk down to town is about 10 minutes and the taxi ride back up is also about 10 minutes and costs approximately 3-5 Euros. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Spectacular views & a great pool
Great accommodation but difficult access by car up steep narrow road. Once there we left car in parking bay & used Happy Taxi to ferry us about. The on site staff Elena & her colleague whose name escapes me were excellent & very helpful. Spectacular views & a great pool.

Hôtel neuf avec belle piscine
Appartement spacieux, décoration beige et blanche, vue sur la mer tout autour de l'appartement, balcon où manger avec magnifique vue. Réception très pratique, très bon accueil. Piscine très grande pour un hôtel avec superbe point de vue sur la vieille ville. Si vous êtes à pieds, la montée est un peu rude et l'on se perd pour trouver le chemin de la vieille ville. Budva est l'Ibiza monténégrine, donc si vous n'êtes pas fan de plage les uns sur les autres et de night-clubs, une nuit suffit : visite de la ville (citadelle : évitez les 3,50€) et détente à la piscine !

Fint hotell men jobbigt läge!
Fantastisk utsikt och fint hotell men extrem lång och brant backe och dålig väg gjorde det i princip omöjligt att ta sig upp, framför allt inte med barnvagn. Saknar också någon närbutik och restaurang i närheten. Nu blev det ett projekt så snart man skulle ta sig från och till hotellet om så bara för att handla eller att äta.

Amazing view
The main strength is the amazing view. You could sit in that balcony all day and not get bored. It's at the top of the hill and without a car it would be difficult to get there. The apartment is clean and comfortable. One note of caution is that at 10 pm music from the city is audible in the apartment until very late. Even though I love the apartment and the view if I had a chance I would stay near Kotor instead of Budva. One more note : if you google the place look for Aquaresort not aqua apartments.

Budva old town is lovely but does have loud music until 1am that you can clearly hear from the apartment. Jaz beach just outside Buda is great, 7€ for 2 beds under an umbrella. Budva beach is poor but we did not get to Mogren Beach which is a reasonably short walk from Aqua, providing you find the steps which aren't signposted, but they are across the main Road then 100 yds down hill, then a path / track that goes back on it self . The view you get from Aqua are amazing and the design is great, but you do need to be away from the neighbouring property and as high as possible. The walk up is a slog but ok if you are reasonably fit. The rooms are well designed with good fittings , bed was comfy , the settee was poor as was the crockery & utensils,towels good toilet paper rubbish. Pool and pool area was lovely. The surrounding area and infurstructure is shabby. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Taxis can be cheap but the meters are controlled by the cab driver so they can rip you off Echo and 19555 are good. If you go you must try Forsage restaurant.

Brilliant views but you need to be fit!
we picked this flat on an impulse when looking for somewhere different for a short family holiday. The photos of the views from the flat if anything are more amazing in real life than the photos - including sunsets. However beware it is a stiff walk all the way up from Budva - we got it down to about 20 minutes by the end of the holiday and a good way of working off excess calaories from eating out ( good Italian style mainly with a lot of fish options). The taxi alternative is 3 Euros we were told. Beaches good. Sea warm. Old town an unexpected gem. what more could you want - pool good enough to swim in whilst admiring those views and enough sun loungers for those wishing to lap up the rays till mid afternoon when black shades terrace. Flat really well kitted out. 2 good sized bedrooms two bathrooms and a decent enough kitchen/living/dining room and two separate balconies from which to enjoy those views again. we enjoyed Budva so much we did not get round to going to Kotor though did the 7 bays walk and caught local bus back. Drove down from Dubrovnik airport - pleasant journey but watch for delays at border ( reputed to be up to 2 hours).
