Estimado Ruben,En primer lugar, nos alegra saber que encontró nuestras instalaciones limpias y que nuestro personal fue amable durante su estancia.Sin embargo, lamentamos el inconveniente que tuvo con los puestos de carga para vehículos eléctricos. Efectivamente informamos que disponemos de puntos de carga para coches eléctricos. Sin embargo es muy difícil controlar la ocupación de dichos espacios cuando algún cliente con coche no eléctrico aparca en dichos puntos o incluso clientes con coche eléctrico que no lo retiran cuando la carga ya se ha realizado, en perjuicio de otros usuarios. En dichos espacios está señalizado que ese espacio es para uso exclusivo de carga de coche eléctricos y que se debe retirar el vehículo al finalizar la carga. Lamentamos si a pesar de ello no se respetó por algunos clientes. No obstante estamos mirando alternativas para mejorar este punto. Apreciamos sus comentarios y tomaremos medidas para mejorar la gestión de nuestro estacionamiento y garantizar que situaciones como esta no vuelvan a ocurrir en el futuro.A la espera de tener una nueva oportunidad de atenderle y prestarle nuevamente la mejor de nuestras atenciones, nos despedimos cordialmente,Alvaro Gredilla, General Manager
