The management was friendly. The location right off the boardwalk and short distance from beach was convenient. I thought we would hear a lot of boardwalk noise but that was not the case. The pool was nice, small but nice. Closes at 8pm and there is no shade by the pool. The rooftop pool was closed for our trip but when they say they have 3 pools they are each on different properties not 3 at one hotel it was a bit misleading.
There is no elevator. Not sure when the last time they dusted the ceilings but they need done. We booked as a family of six but we’re only allowed 4 towels, hand towels, wash cloths a day. The a/c units were not on prior to our arrival so we walked into a very stuffy, hot room. Only four tv channels worked. The worst part was the heavy smoke and pot smoke that seeped into our room daily. There were ash trays all over the property and yet ash on the ground everywhere. Parking is incredibly tight, large SUVs should look elsewhere. The sleeper sofa wasn’t a sofa at all it was a weird plastic mat thing you’d use for a gymnastics/tumbling practice with weird triangle “pillows.” It wasn’t a mattress it was a mat.
The location was great but the hotel needs some serious upgrades.
