No coffee in room. Microwave did not work. Torn chair in room. Remote control had no battery cover. Due to eclipse, price for room was over $700 for a room that is normally $100.

I stayed one night while traveling through the area. The good, it was cheap and easy check-in and the staff were great! The not so good; it's an older building that definitely needs some updates. The walls are pretty thin too and somebody was "having fun" around 10-11pm and you could hear everything, lol. Overall, good if you just need a bed for the night, but don't expect a 5-start hotel experience.

Room dusty sheets yellow tinged had not been vacuumed old food on the floor mirrors had finger prints everywhere. 4 adults to the room and didn't want to give us 4 towels. Pool not tested for weeks unable to swim and elevator out of test date expired certification as of last april and could smell hydraulic fluid in elevator.

My manager did inform you that we test the pool weekly not daily as you inquired about, she had also gave you 4 extra towels per the 2 already in room for a total of 6 towels for 4 guest's, regarding the yellow colored linen manager also gave you a pillowcase to exchange the one out that had the yellow tint to it, Housekeeping was also not able to get into your room that day to Tidey it up prior to your arrival like they also do with reservations due to you being an early check in. We hope that in the future you have a better stay with us!

Great getaway.
We stayed here for a little time to regroup and do absolutely nothing. It's close by reasonably priced. Our room was clean and the place was very quiet. Just what we needed.

The girl at the front desk was very polite and sweet. However, the first room we went to had a broken bed and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. She gave us another room and it also wreaked of smoke. The toilet had poop streaks in the bowl and the toilet paper roll was used when it should have been replaced with a new roll. The tub had a dirty film so no bath! The beds were bad as well. Horrible nights sleep. Overall the worst hotel I’ve been in and a waste of money.

Quiet and clean. Not a brand new facility, but a very fine place to stay. Enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby.

The rooms are not cleaned every day . You only have 2 towels and have to use them during the whole stay . The continental breakfast is terrible this morning at 7:30 no coffee was made had to make it ourselves.

Very clean reception area. Easy check-in. Hallways were clean and soda machines were in working order. There were some elements of disrepair in the room like weird patches on the walls missing paint and the shower curtain set up about to collapse. All easily fixable for a better rating. My requested wake up call never happened. Overall, sill a good value with potential.

Great nights sleeping
We stay here whenever we are in this area. Hotel is always clean. Is starting to show some wear and tear but beds are sooo comfortable. Is always quiet even when busy.

I will never stay here again. Checked in late and Woke up to Bed Bug’s. I would definitely check your room… Employees weren’t surprised.. if I ever have to come back to this town I would rather sleep in my car than stay here.

We deeply apologize for the bad experience you had during your stay. When we were informed of your situation we quickly took action and notified the exterminator and did our very best to accommodate your remaining stay with us. Unfortunately things like this does happen in several hotels around the world and are brought in by other people and when informed of anything like this we quickly take action to resolve any and all issues because this isn't the type of experience we want our guests to have.

One of the rooms had bedbugs. Another the door didn’t lock at all or close from the outside. We asked if housekeeping would clean our room and change the sheets and leave fresh towels but they didn’t. Overall it was a terrible experience and will not be back.

receptionist it was friendly and kind but we get a handicapped room smelling so really bad,no microwave, breakfast time it was very very limited even when I went early and we choose going to eat somewhere else, I know it was a cheap hotel but at least I was expecting a room nice, clean and smelling good.

Took 4 tries before we got a room that didn’t smell of cigarettes or someone else already in it. Room was smelly, and the entire place can best be described as shabby.

The property is currently undergoing much needed renovations. The lobby and breakfast area are lovely, so I'm sure the hotel will be delightful when renovations are finished. The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the pool was clean and operable, and I don't really ask for much more when I am traveling.
