We arrived at apartment after fetching the key from an open letterbox at the office.The apartment was not the one shown on the website.It was in a residential block. No towels provided, beds not made up, linen was in a bag that said it had been sanitised, immediately making one feel dirty. Hole in mattress cover, 1 wardrobe no drawer space. Knob of kitchen drawer. Crockey chipped. No hot water pressure, old tiles and an old boiler on the balcony. Left after one night, Hotels.com uninterested and told us to contact Apartments 3000 ourselves. As far as we are concerned we booked through them and told them they should resolve it. After contacting them twice since we have received two automated e mails saying that someone will contact us within 24 hours.
