It started out so nice with a room change to a “quiet” place. Then the adjoined neighbors had a fight for a out an hour. I called the front desk and they did take care of it within about 30 minutes. We just started dozing off and the heater kicked on. When I say kicked, that was accurate. A leprechaun must live in it because he consistently kicked for about 2 hours. Super 8’s are always a crapshoot.

The property seems to be making changes to the physical building and that is good. But i had one bar of soap in my room and that was it for toiletries. Then i went to the breakfast room and there was the most sparce selection i have seen since covid. Conveyor belt pancakes (no butter), small packaged muffins and cold cereal. They obviously have some things to work on. Will be back in town in a week, but will have to try a different hotel.

No towels or supplies in room. Had to call in at the front desk to check in or out. Free "breakfast" consisted of a pancake machine, some pre packaged rolls, and really bad coffee.

The property was nothing fancy, but it was clean and free of bugs. We only needed a place to stay for the night, and it was better than we expected. The staff was very friendly.

Lois at the front desk makes sure the lobby is welcoming decorating with a homelike style for all holidays! N we have we been here Halloween thanksgiving Xmas a new year. This place is inviting, comfortable n that’s mostly bcuz of the staff goes out of their way to make sure ur happy! Highly recommend! Rooms look newly remodeled n freshly cleaned n ik they sanitize well, I’ve seen it when walking past a room that was being cleaned…yes I was peeking being nosy…so what! lol But seriously need a place to stay short or long term they got u

Bedbugs. We’ll start there…. The beds did not appear to have bedbugs, but the chair (which my husband sat in to do work for two days)- he is COVERED in bed bug bites. There was garbage on the floor, dirty comforters, stuff on the walls. None of the outdoor doors were locked. Our door would only shut if we hip checked it. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear EVERYTHING. The entire ‘hotel’ reeked of weed/smoke…. Something terrible. The pet fee should be upfront and posted (so we could have paid upfront (fyi-it’s $25/dog/day). The front desk lady was RUDE! EXTREMELY RUDE. ‘Breakfast’ was two stale cereals- that’s it. Not even coffee! Would NEVER stay again (and we’re not picky!

The breakfast consisted of pancake machine, but we were told there isn’t butter. We wanted juice and it was out of order. Otherwise there was cereal and oatmeal. The staff member for the breakfast room was unaccommodating and rude. The hotel was just ok. Pet fee of $25 was steep! I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends and family who were traveling with pet or wanting a breakfast. Room was just ok. Property is dated.

Average Stay
The place was underwhelming, to say the least. There were many cheap upgrades. There was chipped paint, peeling counter tiles, stains on the towels, no elevator, dim lighting, and no person at the counter during checkout. It was a 3-star hotel, so that was about what I expected. My wife and I decided after this stay to only do 4-star and above from now on.

We got what we paid for - a roof over our head, a bed to sleep in, and that's about it. The breakfast was less than mediocre and hardly worth the effort. Same for the coffee. Put your resources to better use and give your guests a $5 certificate to the Frisch's a block and a half away.

I liked the neon green with grey walls and that the ice was free. Floors were sticky and parts of hallway smelled like cat urine.

When we got there the drapes were hanging half way off the rail where you can see in room! Both lamps next to the king bed didn’t work! When I took a shower the bathtub was half full of water and wasn’t draining properly! Breakfast area could use more variety !

One night in Harison
good stay. went to a music event at Blue Note and just needed a place to sleep. Only complaint was that the AC was old and noisy. When it cycled off/on, it would wake me up. other than that good place to stay. No Riff-raff.

Cheapest hotel we could find while staying in Cincinnati. The front desk lady was very nice at 11:30pm. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean. I loved the no carpet room! Makes it feel cleaner. I would stay here again
