Horrible. Hot tub didn’t work at all. And the microwave sounded horrible and little towels and air works barley. Just a horrible experience.

Carpet FILTHY! One luggage cart for the whole place. I had to make several trips to carry things down because husband is handicapped and unable to. Handicapped room is way down the hall ( hard to walk). Bathtub is very high (can't lift leg that high).

This facility is not being properly maintained. Our room had damaged furniture, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, there was a disgusting smell in the bathroom, and it needs to be cleaner. If you want a cheap room I might stay here but this is a $65/night facility. No forks available at breakfast?! No spoon for the eggs?! Spend a little money and this place could be much nicer.

This hotel is in need of remodeling. The rooms are old and shaped weirdly. The shower was unappealing, and the lighting was poor. Good location, good price, bad condition.

Check in went fine, but my room was not clean. There was actually blood in the sink, no extra toilet paper only one washcloth and two towels there was supposed to have been two people not even enough linens for two people. Also, I only got one card when I checked in, the facility itself outside on the grounds seem fine, but they need to clean the rooms much better

Booked this room because it offered a hot tub. When I got there it was a jacuzzi tub. Which was alright. Upon inspection there was still hair in the tub. I cleaned that up and proceeded to fill up the tub. As the excitement of getting in and relaxing was getting close. I pushed the button to turn it on and to my surprise it was broke. So i just sat there in a huge tube full of hot water looking stupid. I literally paid up for a room with a broken jacuzzi/hot tub. They need to change the advertisement for this room and have people working that can actually answer you questions.

Misery at the Inn
Shower had slippery scum on floor and appeared to have been there for quite some time. Shower door was hinged to the wrong wall making access very difficult. Front desk clerk totally untrained to handle a simple problem and, when manager arrived, was also unprepared to handle the problem claiming lack of knowledge on operating the computer. Overall it was a miserable experience and to top it all off they double billed my credit card and told me only Expedia could resolve the problem.

This was the most horrible stay in my life. - I got bug (likely bed bug) bites on my arms while sleeping on the bed. - I found mouse traps on the carpet. - The bathroom smell bad. - The fridge made griding noise. - They charge $20 for a dog, not $10. And they charged me $40 for my dog. They said they would refund, but I haven't received it yet. - Most of all, the manger was irresponsible, and she never apologized for the problems.

The room was comfortable and clean. Common areas - halls, elevator, breakfast area dirty and worn. Out of most breakfast items by 0900 and not replenished.

Lobby, room, and beds were all clean without sign of pests. Staff was friendly and kind and were able to help with a light accent barrier. Theres an ihop next door with a few other restaurants within the block that are all good. Overall a pleasent hotel experience

Clean enough. Evening check-in clerk very pleasant and easy to work with. We had to fix the toilet o a receiptn arrival, only had one wash rag. We had a coffee maker, but no pot to hold the coffee. Morning desk clerk was hard to understand and was reluctant to print a receipt.

SKIP!! soiled sheets, rude receptionist
My first room was smoked out and the sheet had multiple, what looked like blood stains. I immediately went to the receptionist not even 3 minutes after I checked in and she refused to put me in a different room because I had taken the top sheet off the bed even though I offered to make the bed back. She eventually put me in a second room after MUCH back and forth. The second room had HEAVILY SOILED sheets, pillow cases, the wall was missing most of the panel. I was not comfortable AT ALL. I spent a maximum of 45 minutes in this hotel before checking out. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE

Wasn't all that clean. Shower door about to fall off. Breakfast was disgusting. Attendant spilled milk all over floor and left it. Made new scrambled eggs and they were ice cold. Maids switched out towels and that was it.
