Hyvä aamiainen.Allasosaston pukukoppi ei auennut lähtiessä.Hätäpuhelimet niin pukuhuoneessa kuin allasosastolla eivät toimineet.Henkilökuntaa ei missään.Siispä uimapuvussa hakemaan apua resepsuunista. Apu löytyi mutta olipa tragikoominen kokemus! Miksi hätäpuhelimet jos ne eivät toimi? Entä jos olisi ’oikea’ hätä ,mitä sitten tapahtuisi? Tästä pitkä miinus. Myös liian pehmeät vuoteet. Not near Tivoli
Tivoli name is misleading. Tivoli gardens are far away from this hotel. You have to take the taxi wherever you go. No metro close by. For over 300€ a night you would expect more from the room. It was not hygge or comfortable at all.

The service and cleanliness were excellent. It’s a 14min walk or so to the train and Tivoli Gardens. Room was a nice size and we had a gorgeous view of the water. It’s about a 40min walk or so to Nyhavn. There is an IKEA and a movie theatre about 8min away so that was nice.

Tivoli hotel has a great location, walking distance or a short bus ride, from most of the places you would like to go on a visit to Copenhagen (Tivoli Gardens, museums, food options, etc.). You can also hire bikes from the museum (which we did for a day, including kids bikes) from the hotel - this is the preferred way to get around by most people in the city! Breakfast was good enough. A decent selection of cereals, breads, pastries, drinks, etc. Kids like the pancakes with different syrups. During our stay (Apr'24 school Easter holidays), there was always enough place to sit without waiting (we got down between 8.30 and 9.00). We had adjoining rooms which had adequate space. Rooms were in good conditions and nicely decorated. We asked for a quiet area for the room on check-in and the staff amended with no probs. Note, you need to ask for the rooms to be cleaned (previous day by 10pm). Additionally, you need to specify you want a full clean, else the only the towels are replaced and bins emptied. The room gets a full clean after 4 night by default. The pool was great for the kids. Has a decent shallow areas for walking around. Some nice lighting too. We went on a couple of evenings (after 8pm) and it was pretty quiet. Added bonus, there is a sauna too. We didn't need to interact with staff much, but when we did they were friendly enough. Overall, a great stay with no problems. I'd recommend.

The hotel was within a reasonable walking distance to central train station and bus stops so public tranport was easily accessible. The hotel itself was clean and offered excellent facilities such as a lovely pool and good breakfast. The rooms were good quality and staff very helpful.

The hotel is very large and breakfast is busy even on a week day. It was immensely disappointing that water was not provided in the room given the price we paid for our stay. The hotel is not cheap and dining in is very expensive with limited choice. Location is good with a 10 minute walk to Tivoli gardens.

Beautiful hotel. Executive breakfast was amazing. Gym was well equipped and clean. the only downside is that the location is a bit of a walk from city center. if you don't mind walking 15-20 min into the city, this is the hotel to stay at.

Min forlovede og jeg skulle fejre årsdag med et dejligt spa ophold på Tivoli hotellet . Desværre blev vi ikke gjort opmærksomme på, at spa området var under renovering og man derfor kun kunne benytte den meget kolde pool i kælderen. Det ødelagde ret meget følelsen af “spa ophold” . Udover dette, var det et skønt hotel

We had a fantastic stay. Being a congress center, we did often see other events or conferences going on but they were easy to avoid and the staff kept them further from guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth the reasonable price. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel and a train line less than a 10 minute walk away. This proved to be a very central location for many sights we wanted to see. The only things I could really say that could be improved upon would be additional pillows (our room only provided 1, square sleeping pillow and 2 decorative) and a shorter cleaning period for the pool. It's closed for cleaning for a full 2 hours in the middle of the day which is a bummer when you want to use the facility. Besides that, the staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient. The concierge helped us tremendously with bike rentals and they upgraded our room, no charge! Would definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Copenhagen again.

Excellent and rather charming. I had a great stay --things went well from the start, when Jasmine kindly gave me an early check in so I could catch up on my sleep after a very early flight. Lovely room, common areas on the floors were beautifully decorated, the property had every amenity and so close to walk to the center. Very professionally run too. This is a really great hotel, close to 5 star quality. I will stay again, Thank you!

Was around my fourth stay. It's a very nice hotel. Good facilities including gym and pool. I had a nice room. The breakfast is superb as are the staff. A train station is less than 10 minutes walk away. You can walk into Central Copenhagen in about 20 minutes.

Tip, if you like your room to be quiet, ask for a room in the harbour tower and request that the room faces the water. We did not, and ended up with the railway right outside the windows. Breakfast was okay and the staff were very helpful. The big selling point for this hotel is that it is within walking distance to Tivoli, the railway station and the inner city. It's also extremely convenient that there are several resturants in the buliding. We visited both Sticks n' Sushi and Mash, and both of them were excellent. If you like to keep in shape there is a pretty decent gym availible, however, it closes at 10 p.m. so do not plan for a late night work out. They also have pool that we did not have the time to try this time, but it looked spacious and nice.

Absolutely amazing hotel in an excellent location. Comfortable room, we had 1065 and it was cleaned regularly. Staff are friendly, helpful and full of information for places to visit. We hired bikes too from the hotel which was brilliant. We will absolutely return!

Dejligt ophold, hvor vi fik fuld valuta for pengene. Havde booket ophold med adgang til lounge-område på 11. etage. Det gør vi helt sikkert igen en anden gang. Særligt var morgenmads-restauranten helt sublim. Og ikke at forglemme parkeringsforholdene… Super med parkering i kælder, hvor der både er nem adgang udefra og ind til hotellet.

Loved this hotel, great if you’re staying in Copenhagen for a few days. Easy access to transport and the main train station in and out of Copenhagen. Also walking distance to Tivoli gardens and food hall. Excellent staff and service, breakfast had lots of choice and the pool was open every day. Clean, comfy rooms would definitely recommend and would stay again.
