We are sorry to acknowledge your experience was not up to expectations regarding the service as it does not reflect the kind of feedbacks that we are used to receive about our collaborators, normally scored at the top in all evaluations as the real value added to the property, as many of the published review confirm. Our Conciergerie especially was appointed this year with the Marriott Award of Excellence in recognition of the great work done for decades, being for 24 hour a day the real boundary between the Guest and the destination, thanks to their local expertise. They only recommend the highest quality services, and only provided by official partners, to guarantee Guests an experience in line with our positioning. Regarding rooms, this is another points of strength with their original style and personality that makes most of the Guests book by room number, for the peculiarity distinguishing each accommodation, but of course we do not discuss personal taste. We take however this occasion to inform you that rooms will be gradually renovated as part of the large restyling project involving the property and we strongly hope to have you back again to discover them.
