Kaunis 2-kerroksinen, 2000 sq. Ft. 4 makuuhuonetta 3 kylpy taloyhtiöiden kanssa kaunis näkymä Crested Butte Valley, ski-in / ski-out kello Crested Butte keinona. Täysin uusittu valkoinen - skandinaavisen tyylinen, marmorilla työtasot keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneissa, kevyt ja ilmava design.
Alakerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta, olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. On 2 valtava king vuodetta ja 2 queen-vuodetta, ja 3 kuningatar pullouts, 2 parvella. Jokaisessa huoneessa on 2 kerrosta, koska huoneet menevät ylös harjakattoinen rakennuksen katolle. Katso ylös ja näet kauniin puupohjaisten joka huoneessa.
Kävelet sen (ei portaita.) Se on ylin yksikkö (ei jalanjäljissä yläpuolella), mutta on tullut ikään kuin pohjakerroksessa kuten huoneisto on rinteessä. Säilytä suksien soppi vain sisällä oven. On todella ski-in / out ja on kaunis näkymä laaksoon. Siellä on foosball-pöytä, wifi ja grilli.

On 4 tv: tä. Kaksi on koukussa directv - suuri makuuhuoneessa ja vielä suurempi olohuoneessa. Alakerrassa kuningatar-makuuhuoneessa on toinen, jossa on DVD-soitin. Yläkerrassa on yksi, joka on koukussa pelin ohjaimiin.

Lisätietoja :: Kävelet salmi siihen (ei portaita). Se on ylin yksikkö (ei jalanjäljissä yläpuolella), mutta on tullut ikään kuin pohjakerroksessa kuin yksikkö on rinteessä. On todella ski-in / out ja on kaunis näkymä laaksoon. Tulee uusi tuolihissi hiihtää päässä Condo, joten pienokaiset ei ole ongelmia.

On niin paljon tilaa ympärillä tässä rakennuksessa tunnet olosi olet hytissä. Ei ole rakennus ennen sinua tai kummallakin puolella.



Kesä, syksy ja talvi: talvella täysin ski-in / ski-out. Hiihtokoulu on aivan vieressä, samoin kuin kaksi hissiä, Peachtree ja uusi tuolihissi. Voisit kirjaimellisesti hiihtää huoneisto lopussa päivä, jos voisit hiihtää puuta. Pyydä hissiliput laittaa huoneeseen - voit tilata eteenpäin alennuksella läpi rakennuksen.

Ajaa alas Condo lopussa päivä vuoren huipulle on kaunein kukkulalla, lähes 360 asteen näkymät koko laaksoon. Paras pulkkamäki Crested Butte on aivan vieressä (formeIn Fall, erityisesti 15.9.-15.10. lehdet haapa ovat väriloisto. Kalastus, golf, pyöräily ja vaellus kutsuvat kaikkialla. Maastopyöräilijät, Ylä Loop alkaa muutaman metrin päässä.

Mene hissillä huipulle ja vaellukselle tai maastopyörä alas! Kalastus on suuri, ja koskenlaskua / melonta on oltava. Kokeile Crested Buttea kesällä!

Local Area :: Nauti hiihto, maastopyöräily (keskus maastopyöräilyä Colorado), wildflower katselu kierroksia (plus festivaali!), Vaellus, kalastus, vuorikiipeily (mahtava!), Kelkkailua, hiihto, melonta jokien (myös mahtava), tennis (tuomioistuimet ovat kaupunkiin yhteisö - pallot Fly! koska korkeus), golf, joki melontaa, pullistuminen, joki kelluva vaikka kalastuksella (must), moottorikelkkailua, koskenlaskua, ratsastusta, koira-, retkeily, backpacking, ostos, ja todella, todella fine dining.
Crested Butte on upeita vapaa vuori kaupunki, puolen tunnin pois Gunnison. Se on Länsi tuntuu, mutta on erittäin hienostunut. Se on kaunis, koskematon alue Colorado - tervetulleen tauon tungosta resorts kuten Aspen tai Vail. Lasketteluretket ovat mahtavia, koko tämän kauneuden vie sinut pois. Excellent ski in ski out location!Access to the condo from the parking area is very convenient and makes unloading your gear after a long day of travel to get there a big relief! The condo could use a little fresh paint on the interior to spruce things up a bit, but overall this is not a deal breaker and we would book the property again! As an aside, the wood locker one flight down from the condo is an awesome amenity!

We stayed at Robin‘s place for seven nights with a family and friend group that had an infant up to adult adults in their 60s. Kitchen was fabulous! Place was roomy and fireplace with wood burning was an added delight. The biggest plus is the staff that works in the Sanmoritz and the shuttle service (if needed) as the skiing required to come in requires advanced ability. Skiing out in the morning was no problem :-)

We had a great stay. The condo was conveniently located and easy to ski in and ski out of in the morning. We really enjoyed all the board games and puzzles the condo provided. The shuttle was also very responsive and accomodating given we didn't bring a car. Would have preferred for the property to be bit more stocked(cooking spices, extra paper towels, etc) but honestly wasn't a huge issue to go buy our own. Check in process was well documented but given the snow covered a number of the exterior staircases, it was a hike to go check in after drop off. However, if we had brought our own car this would have been a non-issue for us. Overall we had a great time. Thanks again!

You can definitely ski in and ski out if you are an experienced skier. Our 6 year old could ski down. Paradise 301 does have a washer and dryer in the unit which was great. We had everything we needed, humidifiers, crock pots, all utensils, bath towels which they will replace every other day or so. Much bigger than the picture show, we had plenty of room. The car service is awesome! Very reliable and great people who drive you around. Enjoyed our stay very much!

kitchen was not super clean when we arrived, a lot of dishes needed to be re washed. condo is pretty dated and could use some better finish work like paint and such. runner carpets throughout were hazardous, we pulled them up instead of tripping on them. humming feeders were so cool. upstairs bed not comfortable but the rest seemed ok

For a small family reunion, we had four adults, one teenager, and one child stay here and worked out perfectly! The place is laid out such that everyone felt they were in the same place but not cramped on top of each other. It was located close enough to walk to the base of Crested Butte (and hike to the top!) and just a quick drive down the hill to the town.

The condo was very comfortable for 6 adults. We spread out so everyone had their own bathroom. Not thoroughly cleaned. Radiators quite dusty and bathroom with someone else's hair. Overall very comfortable. The entire condo needs paint and an update, but again comfortable. The Ski in/out is not for a beginner. Otherwise ok with a short walk. The shuttle service is stellar. Quick and friendly door to base with a call. We loved Crested Butte skiing. I would rent this condo again.

We did a father-son ski trip with 4 families (8 people) and really enjoyed the condo. We had groceries delivered and stocked before we arrived and the owners were gracious enough to let us in early so the boys could get in a few hours of powder. The condo service is Amazing and provided shuttle service of the highest quality along with advice. Everyone was so friendly and they always made sure we had what we needed. Thank you for a memorable trip on some biblical powder!

Visited CB with a couple couples/friends. Ski-out was a short walk to the top of a short ski run down to the West Wall Lift. Ski-in was right to the top of the stairs by the parking lot. Condo complex is older, but thought it easily justified the price. Kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked and made cooking away from home not feel like a chore. Hot tub sign up process is easy, but being indoors it felt like a lobster pot after 30m. Didn't use the shuttle at all. We would recommend the unit and stay here again.

All ten of us give the condo great marks! It was perfect for 2 families, with plenty of space for all the kids. We loved the game room and board games available also. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was great. It was so easy to ski out to the lifts and home at lunch and the end of the day. When we needed it, the shuttle was available and the drivers were so kind. We used the shuttle for ski school and a few trips to town. We would rent here again!

Nice unit with good room for four unrelated adults. All the bedrooms have kings/queen, no twins. We managed well with 6 gentleman utilizing sleeper couches. Very convenient to the mountain and nice views of the base from the deck. Unit was very well outfitted with various sundries and household items. Would recommend it highly.

Perfect for a family of eight. Ski-in-ski out was so convenient with a 4 and 7 year old first time skiing. Leaking toilet was replaced as soon as maintenance could find a replacement the next day.

This was an amazing condo in a beautiful location. Stayed together with family for a wedding. Everything was wonderful from a 'like home' standpoint. Towels, beds, pillows all great, and BLANKETS... didn't need them, but there were a ton. But OMG, the stars at night!! Big dipper right in your face from the balcony, and the milky way visible from parking lot - incredible! Crested Butte is a great destination and this room is amazing.

This condo is large and will sleep a lot of people. Very well stocked kitchen. Clean and well organized. Lovely small communal deck facing a great mountain view. Living room is small and the couch needs to be replaced with something more functional and comfortable. Complicated TV and remote set ups with no instructions. Bathrooms were fine and it was nice to have laundry facilities in the unit. It is advertised as having no stairs to get into the building. There is in fact a long stair case to get into the building so be aware of that fact.

We loved staying in this condo. So many bedrooms and so much room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need to cook at home. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of blankets. We enjoyed sitting at the table on the deck each day as the sun rose and then set. The setting couldn’t be nicer. Communication with the office was easy and they are very polite. We love this condo and hope to return again. The only suggestion I have is the knives in the kitchen could all use a good sharpening. Very dull which made cooking a challenge. Maybe provide a better knife sharpener. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

4 dads and 4 11 year old boys stayed here for long weekend. The location is great for mountain access, can ski down to main lifts in the morning and back to condo at the end of the day. The place was clean and as advertised. The 1 sofa sleeper is old and not really functional, the other two work fine (especially for 11 year old boys). Definitely dated, but we didn't care at all. Cozy and spacious and overall 5 stars.

great location just a very short walk to ski down hill to west wall lift. can ski into the parking lot by condo. house has quite a bit of room (4 full bedrooms + multiple sofas + 3 full bathrooms). firewood access / hot tub just down the stairs. recommended for larger groups.
