Erinomainen sijainti rannalla. Rauhallinen alue. Hyvät yhteydet moneen suuntaan. Lähistöllä paljon ravintoloita joista saa erinomaista ruokaa. Hotelli on hieman kulunut mutta siisti. Kattava erinomainen aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Suuri uima allas jossa erinomainen vesi. Lapsiperheille oma allasalue. Hotellin oma bussi kulkee päivittäin paikalliseen markettiin mistä löytyy elintarvikkeita ja kesävaatetta.

Quiet sun holiday
The hotel is a little worn, and does not reflect 5-star rating, perhaps 3+ stars. The staff is friendly. The breakfast room is devoid of air conditioning and an extremely hot and humid, breakfast enjoyment is an ordeal, but the breakfast is good and varied. The room was quite standard.

Hotelli oli todella siisti aina, aamupala oli erittäin hyvä ja kattava. Henkilökunta oli hymyileviä ja mukavia. Rannat oli hyvin valvottuja eli tavarat voi melko huoletta jättää rantatuoleille kun käy uimassa tai lounaalla jne. kaikenkaikkiaan erittäin mukava ja rauhallinen kohde, suosittelen niille ketkä hakee rauhallista ja leppoisaa lomakohdetta.

Hyvaa: sijainti, ranta, aamupala, uima-altaat, henkilokunta, ravintolat... Parannettavaa: huoneiden siivoaminen. Se oli loppujenlopuksi ok, mutta olisi helposti parempi. Suosittelen paikkaa kuitenkin lampimasti. hyva hinta-laatusuhde, turvallinen lasten kanssa...

Sanur beach hotel
Hotelli on ihan ok. Pahin puute on pistorasioiden puute, eli puhelinta, yms ei voi ladata kuin ottamalla tv pois seinästä.kylpyhuoneessa ei ole koukkuja eli pyyhkeet jälleen kerran mytyssä joka puolella. Jokaisessa ravintolassa saa uskomattoman huonoa rasvassa killuvaa ruokaa. Ei edes pizzaa voi syödä. Lähistöllä kuitenkin erinomainen ravintola. Ympäristössä paljon vesiurheilua ja uima-altaat hyviä. Henkilökunta ei välitä aikatauluista esim vesijoogan suhteen. Enemmän vesijumppaa yms voisi olla.

POSITIVE: good breakfast, good pools, nice garden area, shuttle service to Hardy´s and Kuta, rigid beds, the beach was pretty good (but not spectacular), staff was nice. NEGATIVE: room cleaning was not so well, toilet didn´t work until 4th day (even we complaned about the number of times and have to use a public toilet at hotel) and smelled urine, noisy a/c (was effective though). OVERALL: OK HOTEL BUT HAVE SEEN BETTER DAYS! Value of the 3 stars.

Second time staying here (last time was in December 2022). Great staff throughout the hotel, and an excellent breakfast catering for all tastes. Several niggles in the room, some of which were fixed by housekeeping and maintenance after reporting them: no face cloths or hand towels initially, kettle would not switch off automatically, usb charging point didn't work, many of the tv channels were unwatchable due to signal, old off-white towels supplied, bathroom sink plug mechanism worked intermittently, ice compartment in fridge frozen over. A planned maintenance programme would avoid a lot of these issues and enhance customer satisfaction. The hotel is in a great beachfront location and has many food and drink options. It also has nice gym and pool facilities.

Beachfront property had 2 pools. Great dining options in the area which was walkable. The only downside is that breakfast menu never changes after 2 days you’ll be tired of eating the same thing.

Really liked the Parma resort - needs a bit of an update-but wonderful staff- great location- beautiful grounds - pool area great- will be coming back.

Wonderful hospitality from all the stuff I’ve met. Beautiful white sand beach with clear water. Fantastic children pool. Nice bread and local food at the breakfast.

Very nice check in. Thank you, Bagus. Very large property, well organised. Friendly, professional staff. Direct access to the beach. Recommend to rent a bike to stroll along the shore.

Love the location of this hotel , right on the beach and boardwalk. Easy to get to everything . Such friendly staff and a great gardens and pool areas to relax in. Great buffet breakfast on the outside terrace and vibing beach bar . Really enjoyed the stay here and Sanur.

We stayed for three nights. The accommodation was first class. The onsite facilities were good too. We ate in both the bar and the Indonesian restaurants the staff and the food were excellent. We were lucky that we arrived just before high season commenced We highly recommend.
