Did not know they charge you 30$ a day for parking, they could have told us we could park on the street like almost everyone else staying there.

They had booked another person into my room before I had even gotten to the hotel. They had put us into another hotel room that didn’t have as many beds without a balcony, and was clearly less expensive, and we did not have enough beds to accommodate the amount of people that were staying with us. My “greeting” was not what I’d consider welcoming. The woman at the desk’s response to “how’s it going!?” Was a snarky “…it’s going” as she looked up at me from whatever she had been glued to on her phone. I tried to shift the tone by being agreeable and saying “well that’s honest” and laughing… crickets. Then she asked why I was here, and misunderstanding the poorly asked question I said “I’d like to check in” … and was given some attitude followed by “no… are you here for business or vacation?” If you can’t be polite or welcoming, perhaps being a front desk agent in the hospitality industry isn’t the job for you. Go to my room and my shower doesn’t work properly… I wouldn’t stay here again

We were traveling with our young kids (ages 10 and under) and they enjoyed the small pool, views of the Ferris wheel and amusement park across the highway, and breakfast in the morning. There were board games to borrow from the front desk which they played. Neat rooftop views too. It was quiet and conveniently located just off the highway, with a grocery store and restaurants within a short drive.

Homeless population high, parking availability low
Location was great for proximity to downtown and mile high stadium but homeless population all around the area and lack of parking and the cost of parking at facility were a downside. At check-in they let us know that the second night of our stay there was no parking available and on the street parking would have to suffice, of course that was the day of the game and street parking was scarce. Breakfast buffet was decent and we appreciated the later end (9:30 on weekdays/10 on weekends). Pool was tiny and was 3 feet deep for the entire pool. Room was spacious and balcony had a nice view (besides homeless row). Hotel was clean however we never had our room cleaned or restocked in the 3 days we stayed. Any calls to the front desk for information was always pleasantly answered.

Since your stay was only two days, we wouldn't have automatically scheduled you for service but we can definitely accommodate requests. We have stayed here 3 times and always enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel and friendly staff, free breakfast. We usually park on the street because the hotel parking is an unnecessary added expense.

You are going to pay an additional 30$ per day to park. This completely changes the dynamics of this property being reasonably priced. I feel for 160$ a nite I could have done better. The drapes as also non functional. You cannot close them which prohibits blocking out the sun in the mornings.

The park on the motel lot was $30 per night. It is high. You can park on the street but it is busy and many parked cars. I wish price of parking is shown online. Then on, the property is nice with a nice view downtown.

Clean and convenient but a little dated. This hotel was in a trendy neighborhood, and we always felt safe. We stayed for a football game. Mile High was a short walk away, as were a crazy variety of eating spots! The hotel offers covered parking @ $30 a night! Or, you can park on the street. For what it's worth, we asked a couple of neighbors who said they believe street parking is safe. The first floor entrance from the outside was easy by elevator or stairs. The second floor has the lobby, breakfast area, store, pool, & business center. We stayed on the fifth floor and our view was the apartment just across the street. Our room was VERY clean, and the room was comfortable. Microwave, fridge, hair dryer, nice amenities. The bathroom was large with a spacious counter and BIG shower. There was also a nice sized closet. The breakfast was GREAT! We stayed 3 nights and there was something different each morning. We had some issues w/the shower water staying hot. The ice maker in the hall had issues throughout the stay, and completely working as we left. Also, the mattress was pretty thin...close to needing replaced. Overall, I would recommend this Fairfield, and would stay here again.

I have one problem (warning) about parking. Parking cost $30 a day to park at the hotel. There is street parking which is free but it is busy. I like to know about the parking situation and not be surprised by the cost.

Walking distance to stadium. Homeless camp a block away so did not feel comfortable going to convenient store. Pool was much smaller than it looked in pictures. All staff was great. Rooms were average.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. It's a great, safe location. $30/day parking is very pricy though. Apparently, it was $20 last year so that's a steep price hike.

This is a clean and modern hotel in a great part of town - it is close to everything! My family of five stayed in one of the suites with a pull-out couch and it was perfect for the price we paid. The breakfast is fantastic, and the small pool was perfect to kill some time with the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Tons of Lime scooters and Bikes everywhere! Super close to El5, an AMAZING restaurant. Also very close to Zuni brewing co. Overall an amazing place to be!

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and our room was spacious. The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast had a lot of options. The location is perfect if you’re going to a ball game. Would definitely stay here again.
