There are no security cameras for the parking lots. Some exterior doors are not locked. Hall carpet is very dirty. Some room doors have locks missing or broken. The pictures online look like a new building but the buidings and furniture are old, stained, and worn out. Some ceiling tiles are missing.

There were 2 busted windows on the first floor. When I was talking to the front desk attendant, a customer come out stating that she didn’t have towels in her room. The manager wasn’t on duty to help with any issues.

This was not a place to take my children and did not look like the photos. The carpeting in the hallway and inside the room needed to be vacuumed. The furniture in the room was broken (knobs missing from the dresser) and the tables showed signs of very visible wear and tear (dents, stains). There were no tissues or trash can in the bathroom. The breakfast offered was minimal, and the room it was served in was dirty. The surrounding area was a little sketchy. On a plus side, the beds were clean and comfortable, although I would have liked an extra pillow when requested (I was told there were no extra pillows available). I will say however, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and hard working.

Extremely disgusting room. Didn't notice until the next morning. There was something gross stuck to the curtains. I don't even want to guess what that was. The corner of the sheets came off the mattress in the middle of the night and when we saw in the morning, it looked like there was blood on the mattress. Will never, ever stay there again.

Reserved 1-king bedroom, got a 2-queen bedroom. No towels. No tv remote. Phone didn’t work. Keys didn’t work. Called the desk with cell phone and asked for towels, they didn’t ever bring any. We went and got them from the front desk and a remote, remote didn’t work. Stayed 2 nights, the second night we had to get new keys again because they stopped working. Housekeeping tried entering the room in the morning before checkout.

There were three broken out windows on the first floor, which were covered with black trash bags, so people could get in there, iur lock didnt work on our hotel room...so people could just walk in there. And then our first floor room was next to the doorway to get out, and in looking as to why it wouldnt properly close, the knob and lock were drilled out...and people were just coming and going . Next the pool was closed down, which i really wanted to use....and our room was filthy with black hair in the sink, the television wasnt working and the room had an awful smell. We basically got out and canceled our stay immediately and quite frankly i shouldnt be charged a dime. That place was incredibly UNsafe. Then to top it off my Italian last name i was told is offensive. I couldn't believe it.

When checking in, was met with the most intense smell of marijuana. Don't care but not in a place of hospitality. The front counter clerk was extremely nice and curtious.

This was one of the most unsafe experiences I have had at a hotel stay. We were first put in some back building and our door to our room didn’t even close properly. Then we leave to go get dinner and there are people right by our car doing a drug deal right in front of our faces! We were moved to the front building which seemed to be okay for the night. I did inform the front desk what we had witnessed and she said to inform Expedia????? I would advise not to book this hotel and the surrounding are seriously unsafe.

Nice large room. Comfortable. It was clean. The bathroom did not have a fan so it was damp & moist in there. The breakfast was fair. Cold cereal, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, toast, wafles.

The pool was not up and running when we were there, our room was not far from the entrance where you could hear people outside talking in the middle of the night. They had almost no continental breakfast available.

Won’t be back
Was disappointed in the room, breakfast and environment. The ice machine was leaking (it happens), the selection at breakfast was not very good (unless you like cereal, and biscuits and gravy and questionable waffles) and the room was unacceptable. Our drain in the shower did not work so we were unable to use it. This should have been addressed long ago. After 30 min it still had water standing. We just left in need of a shower and breakfast.

I rented two rooms the tv did not work in either one. One room was filthy more than the other one. When this was brought up they said they would have to go get the vacuum from the other building not sure why they did not . Shower was not clean when asked about the tv they checked and said they were not sure why it did not work very poor work ethic in my opinion. We and an other family stay there because we did there room was dirty and there was blood on the table and rug. Barely a I am sorry. We flew in from Washington state for a wrestling tournament so we where at a lost as where else to stay. I got moved to another room later that day the your work staff keyed my door to come in asked why I was there that I should have checked out. No idea what rooms were vacated or lived in maybe that is why the rooms are dirty. They did move one of the other families the next day late that evening but over all poor customer service . I believe I should be intitiled to some kind of discount but sure this will fall on deaf ears. Ruben Navejas

Building was dirty and disconnected from rooms. Breakfast in another building with pool. Rooms and halls reeked of marijuana so bad. Rooms were obviously not cleaned. No towels in room. Just gross all around. We couldn’t get a refund but ended up staying elsewhere anyways.

Seemed very clustery. We were checking in and there was one guy working the desk who didn’t know what he was doing and was on the phone with a higher up and helped one person during the entire time we were there. Someone else came from the back, very sweaty and working his butt off, having just clean someone’s room in the other building. we had to wait 15 minutes for him to tell us that our room wasn’t ready even though it was 8:30 PM when we were checking in.

We checked in at 8 said card had already been charged. Room smelled musty. AC/Heat was mildewy and the front was coming off the unit. Didn’t even turn it on. Walls were dirty and had marks on them. He chain lock on the door was broken. There were no extra línens to make the pul out.

We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Then they gave us a dirty room, that didn’t even have sheets on the bed. We asked for a different room and they didn't have any. We asked for a refund and they guy said he processed it. Ive yet to get it 4 weeks later. The manager said it's against their policy to refund my money!

We got to our room it was ok. Went to get ice they said it broken ill get you some never got ice. I took a shower the water wouldn't drain. They moved use to a different room. It was not supplt like the other room. In the night it was so hot the air was not working.

Room wasnt properly cleaned before we checked in. The pull out beed had pee stains all over it. The toilet was plugged and took them 2 hours to come fix it. The shower wouldnt drain. Could hear eveything in the room next to us.

On line it showed it had a hot tub. That was why we picked that place. The only ice machine was and has been broken for at least a month. Morning breakfast is 6am to 10am and they were out of food before 7am and were not going to serve anymore food until someone raised hell about it. The phone in the room didnt work. Little to no toilet paper in the room. Got bad to worse.

Checkin took along time. Front desk manager was helping to clean rooms at 8:00 at night. When we finally got a room it was clean and decent. Breakfast was sad and lacking.

Keep scrolling-don’t choose this place
Checked in after midnight. Rooms weren’t assigned or even ready. Took 20 min to check in. The given a room. Used key to enter and there were people sleeping in the rm. given another room. Gal checked it and people sleeping in that room. Finally found two rms for us. One should have been double queen rm and it wasn’t. Only a king. Couldn’t check in to one of them again because they couldn’t find towels. Finally at 1:30 AM we were in both rms.
