Gut und günstig
Gut und günstig. Sollte aber als das vermarktet werden, was es ist, nämlich eine Jugendherberge des Deutschen Jugendherbergswerks. Wenn man damit also auf den Fernseher im Zimmer verzichten kann (es gibt 3 in Gemeinschaftsräumen), ist es eine gute Empfehlung. Sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr reichhaltiges inkludiertes Frühstücksbuffet.

Customer service
Front desk service was terrible. They told me that I would have to pay 2 euros extra per night for each additional towel that I wanted beyond the 2 towels allowed for my entire stay. A different front desk clerk the next day gave me the towels for free. On the positive side, the free breakfast was really good, but the dinner @ 7 euros charge was absolutely fantastic. On my last night there, the front desk clerk told me there was no food available for dinner - I went to the cook personally and he assured me that there was plenty of food, and I eventually was allowed to pay the 7 euros for the dinner. Had I listened to the front desk clerk and not followed up on my own, I would have had no meal that night. The customer service at this hotel is very minimal at best. Do not expect much from them

Perfect situated hostel in DRESDEN
An ideal place to stay when you are in Dresden. Close to the railway and the tram. Close to the city center. The room was clean and warm. The bath was small, but OK. Everything we needed was there. The serving of the meals was rather stressful with lots of guests, tiny eating areas an much noise (echo). The food itself was OK. Nothing more, nothing less.

部屋にはWi-Fiなし
まずこのサイトには部屋にWi-Fi有りとの記載がありますが、実際には1階ロビーにしかありませんでした。Wi-Fiがあることを条件にホテルを探していたので、最初からそのことがわかっていれば予約していなかったと思います。駅からホテルまでは徒歩15分程度ですが、街灯の少ない暗い道が多く夜は少し怖かったです。施設自体は清潔感がありました。
