Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Huonesiivous ei oikein osannut ajoittaa toimintaansa niille ajoimme,jolloin olimme poissa,lieneekö johtunut aloittelevista ulkomaalaisista työntekijöistä. Kokolattiamatto kulunutta sekä huoneessa että käytävillä. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Kaikki keskustan palvelut ja tapahtumapaikat pienen kävelymatkan päässä hotellilta.

Our room was very noisy. We were near the elevator and could hear the conversations all through the night. My biggest ick was the nylon sock that was used to wrap around something in the ceiling. It was very dirty. We also found a sock from a previous guest under our bed.

Well located hotel, close to a Dart station. Easy to walk around, and in a pretty quiet area. Some renovations happening at the moment, but no noise while I was there. Breakfast was a full spread.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 3 friends. Not a fan of the open shower concept because it allows water to go everywhere. But that’s just my preference. We did have some issues with the toilet not flushing and the keys not working. Both were immediately addressed by the staff. Even at 5 am when we were up getting ready for a tour to Galway and couldn’t get the toilet to flush, the front desk came up to help. It was a great area. Would stay again.

The property was great. But the unit didn’t have a fridge which made it difficult to keep drinks cold. They had a restaurant downstairs where they can give you ice, but it meant that you had to go down each time you needed ice.

The room was nice and clean. Hotel was in a convenient location easy walking distance to many tourist sites. We didn’t eat at the hotel so not sure of the restaurant food but it looked nice.

Staff friendly and helpful best staff I've ever seen. Good selection for breakfast although food bland. Scrambled eggs should be seasoned and less milk used to prevent the excess water. Breakfast staff polite and attentive. Restaurant staff- polite and helpful. Steak and Guinness pie had pickled onions through it. Not a good combination. Over all, restaurant food bland also from what we ordered for our meal. Ratings out of 10. Facilities - 10 Cleanliness - 10 Staff - 10 Food - 2

Struttura comoda sia per viaggio di lavoro (vicinanza al centro congressi di Dublino) che per viaggio di piacere (15 minuti a piedi dalla zona Tample Bar). Personale disponibile. La camera pulita ogni giorno compreso cambio di asciugami. Il ristorante di ottima qualità, forse non consiglieri la colazione per un buffet limitato, ma per il costo di 13€ potrebbe anche starci. Nel complesso, ottima struttura

Great location within walking distance to Trinity College, the Bord Gais Theater, the DART train station, many restaurants. I was able to check in early due to an early inbound flight. They will also keep your bags if you're room isn't ready early. They have a restaurant where I enjoyed a satisfying breakfast a few mornings. The room was nice and comfortable. The mattress could use an upgrade, but I slept fine overall. Definitely would stay there again.

Good Hotel, let down by lift noise into my room
Good location 15 minutes walk from the town centre, it's an area I'm familiar with as I'd worked in Dublin for 18 months. The hotel was clean and tidy and breakfast was well cooked and good value. The on;y issue for me was my specific room and the fact that t backed onto the lid shafts, therefore there was quite a bit of disturbance to my sleep (I'm a light sleeper) every time the lift was used. I didnt' speak to reception about this as I was only there for tw night and the first night I hadn't arrived until 0:30 and by the time I got to the room unpacked and noticed the noise I decided to put up with it. The next day I was out all day and wasn't getting back until late and couldn't be bothered to ask to change the room. Therefore overall I rate the hotel very good. But would suggest if you get allocated room number 137 (and probably 237, 337 etc) then ask for a different room as otherwise you will get noise from the elevator

Ne vaut pas un 4* Chambre; spacieuse avec 2 lits doubles mais pas propre du tout et très sombre. Le sol en parquet est sale et on ramène tout dans le lit. Literie; Correct malgré un matelas plus dur que l’autre et si vous avez le malheur de salir votre parure vous resterez dedans toute la durée du séjour. Sdb; il n’y pas assez de rangement, la chasse d’eau est dure et faut appuyer longtemps pour obtenir l’eau. Manque de pression dans la colonne et au pommeau on inonde la pièce. Les linges de douche sentent la friture. Dès le matin le chauffage est coupé dans les chambres en plein mois de décembre alors que c’est mal isolé ce n’est pas normal mais le plus fou est de devoir demander à la réception d’allumer le chauffage car toujours pas enclenché à 19h. Attention pensez à prendre adaptateur car les prises ne sont pas européennes. Petit-déjeuner: Rien d’exceptionnel et tous les jours la même chose.

Good central Dublin hotel
I booked this hotel as I needed to stay overnight as we had concert tickets for the 3 Arena. You can walk to Grafton street in about 15-20. mins. if you come off the train at Connolly station you are minutes away from it. The car park is underground and very secure. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast and staff were lovely. Id stay again. Denise

Gute ruhige Lage, in 15 Minuten zu Fuss ist man im Zentrum, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, sauber, gute Dusche, allerdings war unser Zimmer sehr dunkel und sehr eng für 4 Personen. Insgesamt hat es uns aber gut gefallen.
