Dear Marilyn Thanks for your review. We are so proud that you spent nice five days here in Dubrovnik. Yes, our beautiful city is not good for the guests who are not ready for the steps and also for the guests who don`t like to walk. Old city is walking zone without cars where we have lot of steps in the every street and they keep us is the good condition.

Hello Thanks for your review but we are sorry that you didn`t put your name. It is a first time that we have so bad ranting We rent studio apartment more than 20 years and it is first time that guest said that was noisy in our quite and one of the most beautiful streets in Dubrovnik. Guests who come in Dubrovnik have to know that accommodation on the main street is very expensive. High price is not problem. Bigger problem is noise because bars and restaurants can work till 2 a.m. but if you take accommodation in the streets on the left side we have steps but it is much quite. Guests have to know that we don`t have perfect accommodation inside of the city walls and that we have steps on the city wall, in museums... everywhere. It is good for healt. In another hand we are happy that were satisfied with our studio apartment. How you said ´´´nice place´´ Dubrovnik is not city for the guests who don`t like to walk because inside of the city walls we don`t have cars, not public transport, elevators... Please next time take hotel out of the old city but you will not feel how it looks life inside of the city walls and definitely price will not be 80 Euros than 300 Euros and more.

Hello Thank you so much for taking the time to post this review. We are happy that you satisfied with our service, location... but we are sorry you didn``t understand why you can not stay in the our studio apartment till 16 o`clock. Stijepo was waiting for you at the entrance in the old city at 23:30 and carried your luggae to the studio apartment all around old city. We explained you that your check out is to late and that you can not stay till your ferry at 16:00 o`clock but told you that you can leave your luggage at the Pile gate. Stijepo carried one more time your luggae till the entrance in the old city to the place where you can leave your luggage but you insisted that we pay that service, not you. We really don`t know how you expected that we will pay for storing your luggage. Also we are not hotel where guests can leave luggage all day. We are private accommodation, self cetering studio apartment, and we can not offer option that guests leave luggage in the studio apartment. You expected that you will have coffee, tea, milk... in the studio apartment. We can organize everything but in that case guests will not pay price from 50-90 Euros. Price will be much higher. For other guests who would like to take our accommodation, we are not hotel with five stars where you have to pay for one night from 500 Euros till 1500 Euros. We have simple studio apartment with room, kitchen and bathroom in the hart of the old city here in Dubrovnik. In your situation you paid 80 Euros for one night in the season. Guets who like high level of accommodation take luxury hotels but they have to pay much higher price. However we hope that you spent nice time in Croatia. Best regards Ivana and Stijepo

Dear Juan Thank you very much for posting a review about our studio Apartment Dubrovnik-Center following your stay here! Your comments are highly appreciated. We are happy that you recognized our service what we offered to you, waiting at the entrance in the old city, small walking tour, carrying the luggage, latte check out... and have to say that you didn`t pay for that any Kunas. Some guests thing that service is included in the price for accommodation but believe as no one offer that service for free only we offer that but we see that we have only problems and thing that finish with our service and we wait guests in the studio apartment. Unfortunately we are not hotel with five stars who offer daily cleaning specially when guests stay two nights, for price of 80 Euros for one night. We come in studio apartment every two days for cleaning, check if guests need something and we emphasize that we are self catering accommodation not hotel specially five star and guests don`t pay daily cleaning. We can organize that but price in that case will be little higher. Guests who like breakfast, daily cleaning... take hotels but they are not cheap. Opposite of the our house is hotel Excelsior where price for the room is 1185 Euro from this season. We tried to offer service daily cleaning but lot of guests said that is not necessary to do that because we don`t live on address Zvijezdiceva 15 and can not wait on the door when guests will wake up. Yes, we have boiler for hot water in the all houses inside of the city walls and we have some limit with hot water. It is not possible to make shower so long as in the houses with gas. It was big compliment that you decided to stay last day before your depart in our accommodation after the luxury cruise on the one of the most beautiful boat in the world. We are really sorry that you didn`t recognize service what we provided to you. Stijepo was waiting for your group in the luxury hotel Argentina where is the night from 300 Euros and more. He helped you becuse you had three big luggage to the old city. Believe us any hotel don`t offer that service, carring the luggage all around the city for guests who stay one night and for price of 80 Euros in the simple studio apartment. Yes, we have lot of steps everywhere inside of the city walls but everything is deppend from which street you go to the our studio apartment. That we have known that you have problem with knee we definitelly reccommened that you don`t take accommodation inside of the city walls. Dear Seulki Kim We appreciate all your comments about our accommodation which is located inside of the city walls. In your situation it was really last second reservation. When we received conformation from agency we send to you four e-mail and also we called you but unfortunately we didn`t received any answer from. We wanted to wait for you at the entrance in the old city, help you with luggage, give you some info... and Stijepo was waiting for you in studio apartment. It is happened that guests make reservation and don`t come. They don`t give us any answer after our e-mails or calling. During our waiting for you our another guests had problem with rent a car and Stijepo left studio to help them but he left on the table all instructions about apartment, our phone number, e-mail, password for wi-fi and left it open in situation that you arrive. Actually we didn`t know when and also do you arrive in our studio apartment because we didn`t received any answer from you. After two hours Stijepo came back in apartment and found your luggage but you were not there. He left you message on the table. He was also next morning and he didn`t found you. Finally he found you after two days and you explained him that you would like to have more hot water and that hair dryer has small problems. How we explained you, Dubrovnik is very old city and all houses inside of the city walls has same system for hot water, boiler, and we have some limit with hot water: Unfortunately we can not make shower for the long, long period. That is a price for our life here in the beautiful city. Immediately when you said that it has some problem with hair drier we went to buy new one. We would like to change some things but unfortunately Dubrovnik is under protection of UNESCO and if we want to do something or repair something that is not easy, specially for the guests who don`t like steps but steps are everywhere in Dubrovnik. We are really sorry for inconvenience which you had in Dubrovnik but in the another hand we are happy that we helped with transfer to the airport. Our advice is that you check your e-mail after the reservation because it has lot of owners who would like to help you and give you instructions, actually the best way to come to the accommodation.
