Our apartment is newly furnished in the beginning of March 2020 to offer you the maximum coziness while being modern as well.
It is located in the most dynamic and interesting part of the city,Volga Promanade.Perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy a stunning view of the sea from high above and for those who want to to enjoy the sea while talking a walk along Volga Promenade.
The apartment is close to many private and public beaches(Currila,Kallm to mention just a few of them)so you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. What really makes this location so special it’s not only the first row access to the beach but also the fact that is right next to the Durres famous Olympic Pool and 10 metres away from the Archaeological Museum.To add more the city center is only 5 min in walking distance. Our apartment 1 km away from the Durres Harbour and a 25 min drive from Tirana International Airport. In this area you will find some of the finest restaurants(which are well-known for their seafood menu) and some really famous bars as well.Besides bus station is only 1 min away from the apartment.
-A large living and dining room with a fully-stocked kitchen with quality appliances. The kitchen includes a stove,an oven,a dishwasher,a microwave,a kettle and a Panini Sandwich Grill. Of course the kitchen is equipped with all the other basic accessories as well to prepare the perfect meal while giving a look at the sea.
- In the living room there is a big Smart HDTV with a dedicated Netflix account.You can enjoy your favorite series sat in the big comfy sofa.
-Super fast fibre Wifi is provided as well.
-The apartment has an ideal space for up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Each of the bathrooms has its own LED mirror and all the other necessary accessories as shown in the pictures.
-There are 2 perfectly working air conditioning units.Two of the bedrooms have a comfy king-sized bed while the third one has 2 single beds.
-Our personal favorite areas of the apartment?The 2 balconies. Both of them overlook the sea and we’re pretty sure that nothing beats a 180◦ sea view. We have provided the main balcony with a table and chairs so you can drink a cup of coffee or tea while looking at the most beautiful sunsets.It is a piece of heaven on earth.

-With the rental of our apartment we offer you parking spot for free right under the building where the flat is located.

Check in and check out time: we are very flexible, especially if the apartment is free in the day before your arrival or in the day of the departure.

Wie auch von anderen Urlaubern geschrieben, war die Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Für den Check in sollten wir uns nach der Landung in Tirana melden. Die Vermieterin fand unsere Buchung nicht in ihren Unterlagen. Wir hatten im August letzten Jahres gebucht und bezahlt. Auf Nachfragen wurde im November noch geantwortet. Nun stand die gewünschte Wohnung nicht zur Verfügung und wir mussten mit einem sehr schäbigen Ersatz vorlieb nehmen. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir gefragt, ob wir in eine ähnliche Wohnung, wie die gebuchte, umziehen möchten. Mit einer zusätzlichen Zahlung von 150,00 haben wir eingewilligt, um unseren Urlaub zu retten. Der Chat bei Ferienwohnung direkt hat uns in unserer misslichen Lage leider nicht geholfen.

ARNAQUE !!!

L’appartement n’a RIEN à voir avec celui sur les photos et l’annonce. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un immeuble insalubre et dans un quartier peu rassurant avec des rats partout. Nous avons attendu 1h car les clés déposés dans la boîte n’étais pas les bonnes et c’est un « client » qui est venu au bout d’une heure nous les déposes, la propriétaire ne s’est jamais déplacée. L’appartement n’a rien à voir on a eu un balcon avec vu sur l’immeuble d’en face les chambres laides sans couverture (mois de novembre) et rien à voir avec la description, du scotch aux fenêtres et au balcon, un canapé qui ne fais pas lit alors que dans l’annonce il est écrit le contraire, du moisi dans les meubles de cuisine… Ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous avions une personne avec un handicap (appartement au 5e étage). Nous sommes partis aussitôt en faisant une autre réservation ailleurs sans dormir ne serais ce qu’une seule nuit, car il ne correspondait pas à nos besoins, et lorsque j’ai annoncé notre départ et dégoût de l’appartement, la propriétaire nous as laissé un « vu » sur whatsapp sans jamais nous répondre ! C’est malhonnête ! Dossier en cours avec Abritel. L’annonce devrais être supprimé !!

Not the apartment advertised. Bait and switch. We were attacked by parking agents. He attempted to hit us with his car and threatened me. There were no blankets and the one that was there had human feces on it! We told the lady and she left it on the floor and never cleaned! Beware!!!

TROTZ MEINER UNZUFRIEDENHEIT HAT MAN MIR NICHTS ANDERS ANGEBOTE SONDERN GESAGT DAS DASS GENAU DAS IST WAS ICH GEBUCHT HABE. ICH WEISS NICHT OB ICH MEIN GELD ZURÜCK BEKOMME. DAS APARTMENT HABE ICH STORNIERT UND MIR EIN ANDERS GEBUCHT. DAS ANDERE WAR SO WIE ICH GEBUCHT HABE UND DIE VERMIETERIN WAR AUCH SEHR FREUNDLICH UND HILFSBEREIT.

Fijne vakantie maar misleid

Ik had zelf een transfer vanaf het vliegveld geregeld en vroeg daarom eigenaar om het adres. Die kreeg ik niet, maar eigenaar bood zelf een transfer aan. Aangezien het een vergelijkbare prijs was, besloten we het aanbod aan te nemen. Nog aangegeven dat we met 6 personen zouden komen. Aangekomen op het vliegveld, bleek dat er een auto voor maximaal 4 personen stond. Er werd een extra taxi geregeld, maar dan moest ik wel het dubbele betalen. Dat heb ik geweigerd, aangezien we duidelijke afspraken hadden gemaakt over aantal personen en prijs. Er volgde een vervelend gesprek met de eigenaar via de telefoon, waarin ze uiteindelijk aangaf, dat zij de 2e taxi van haar eigen salaris zou betalen. Aangekomen in het appartement waren we onder de indruk van het mooie uitzicht, maar het bleek een ander appartement dan geboekt. We hadden een 6-8 persoons appartement geboekt en betaald en kregen een 4-6 persoons appartement. Ik heb daarover meteen een bericht gestuurd naar de eigenaar evenals een bericht over een kapotte keukenla. We hebben daar totaal geen reactie op gekregen. Het zou netjes zijn als de eigenaar het verschil in prijs zou terugbetalen. Durres is een leujke stad en een aanrader om te bezoeken.

Perfect Apartment/Perfect Location

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was spacious and comfortable with everything you could possible need. Plenty of storage. The apartment is in the Volga and is directly across from the promenade with restaurants galore to delight your palate. You directly face the sea with an unobstructed view. You are close to everything. There is a bus line that runs in front of your building and Mema House is great for breakfast with helpful staff and warm people. We walked everywhere. There are two bus stations and we used both the city and regional buses to go to other towns and explore many areas. Kejsi, your landlady, is wonderful. When we had a bit of an emergency she was right there to solve it and make sure we were OK. Warm, friendly and welcoming people. I did a Rotary make up meeting and was personally welcomed by every member and their spouses as they came in. The food was amazing, fresh, well cooked, and beautifully served. Large portions, easily shared. The house wine was lovely everywhere. If you are in Durress, I highly recommend this apartment. It is the right location, close to everything and you will love the area. We are already planning when we can return.

Penthouse on the Vollga Promenade

This property was damaged by previous renters and not available on arrival. Our hostess put us up in a 5 star hotel for one night then gave us a brand new penthouse apartment for the duration of our stay. Durrës.apartments are superior hosts. We would rent from them again. Find them on Instagram. Loved our Durrës stay! Perfect location, has washer, elevator and fantastic view.
