Thank you Luis for your review and honest feedback. I must say the timing of bad things all happened on your stay. Air Conditioners don't break often but when they do I had a service call put in immediately. The Pool was dirty because our pool lady was sick and could not come in time to clean before you arrived. Sorry for the bad luck, I had little opportunity to make up to you other than a complimentary bottle of wine given to you by my property manager and offered a discount for your last night if you wanted it, but you did not respond to my text and messages to you.

Thank you for your review. We understand there was a nominal electricity charge. The owners provide a daily allowance and the rest is paid by guests. This normally amounts to about $5/day. There was an instruction sheet for the hot tub which should have been nearby. We will ensure this is available in future. Thank you again for your stay.
