Gulf Terrace was... fine. The property was was clean, but the beds weren't very comfortable. One of the headboards in the 2-double bed room was broken, so every time our daughter moved, it hit the wall. We also weren't quite prepared for it to feel like a white-collar prison, with walls made of painted over cinderblocks.
While it is not the property owner's fault, the neighbors left a lot to be desired with screaming and yelling late into the night, their dog was barking, and one of them was often drunk and smoking in the hallway, leaving the walkway to our door smelling of cigarettes. One night we were woken from our sleep to pounding on what we thought was our door, and it was the neighbor, stuck outside with her unleashed dog, who then told me to shut our door because her dog would come into our place.
Since we were mainly just there to sleep, it was okay, but I would look for somewhere else to stay in the future. I didn't think to take any pictures while there since it was so unimpressive.
