Check in staff was friendly. Room was very clean. I was a little surprised that when housekeeping cleaned our room they did not make the bed. I did not expect them to change sheets but did think they would make the bed. Breakfast was great. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. View from room was nothing to brag about. It overlooked a run down house. Would stay here again and recommend.

Nice little lodge in the main thoroughfare of Pigeon Forge. Convenience location and close to many attractions (Titanic museum, upside down house, etc) and great restaurants (i.e. Local Goat). Staff is friendly and breakfast is decent. However, the room can be a little bit more clean. We noticed a candy wrapper on the carpet and one of pillow cases has stains when we checked in.

This was the worst stay I have ever had In Pigeon forge and we come all the time but decided to not stay in a cabin instead we chose this property not only did they have the air restricted we stayed in a loft where heat rises and we were hot the entire trip my daughters nose bleed the whole time we were there because it was got an stuffy very difficult to sleep when I called the front desk they informed me that they restrict air during the winter it is not winter it’s spring and was 70 degrees that weekend but we only had heat when I called the front desk they said they could offer me a fan to plug up I said I spent over 600 to have to use a fan it’s hot but I noticed the hotel itself was cool air blowing in lobby and halls . the whole weekend was miserable and the worst stay ever I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you check to see if the air is being offered to the guest

A/C in the top loft areas are turned back on the first part of April. When the manager on duty reached out, the lower level area had the heat on full blast and heat was rising to the loft area. There was also use of strong profanity directed at the manager on duty and staff.

Convenient location minutes from the Island and hiking. Room was clean and spacious with usb charging ports. The breakfast was great, my only complaint would be that there was only 1 waffle maker, but my daughter liked the different waffle flavors each day.

Jennifer at the front desk is fantastic!! Helped me when I double booked. The room was a great surprise. Large spacious, and loved the hot tub (used almost every night). I can't complain. A noisy neighbor @2am, 1 night but it wasn't the hotels fault. Area is super tourist but felt safer in this hotel's location than others right by the Island. You think BW and you're like it's going to be hit or miss right? .. well this one is a hit!! Will def return!?

I had no issues with the property. I did however have issues with Expedia. You didn’t get my reservation to them, I waited an hour and a half for the situation to get fixed by Expedia. Then set me up in a room I didn’t want. I asked for a room with a King bed and got 2 twins. This is absolutely a ruined experience, and it was because of Expedia. I want a full refund.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. It's in a great location and very clean. Excellent breakfast and staff. The only draw back is the doors slam shut which makes for a lot of noise. It's is hard to sleep pass 7 or 8 once the hotel staff and other hotel guests start getting up. Other than that this is a very nice hotel.

The staff was great called to make sure our room was in proper order. The hotel was clean. The water could have been a little hotter but it wasn’t at all an issue. We would stay again

Front desk was super amazing and comforting after my horrible experience beforehand (checked into a hotel and put with in 10 mins because it was so disgusting). Room is so spacious and clean, balcony is really nice size, quiet and very safe feeling.

Great other than the shower.
The hot water in our shower wasn’t very hot , definitely a negative. Coffee pot wasn’t working right, so the brew went all over the dresser top. Other than that , we love staying here. Room 110 . So if u book here beware of 110 if u like a hot shower.

Overall was a good experience and would stay again. The staff attended to everything asked for which granted wasn’t much but that’s all I have to go by. The only small downside I could gripe about was parking which wasn’t terrible but can get tight for sure

Check in was kind of slow. Only one lady working and the phones were ringing off the hook. It went ok afterwards. There’s not a lot of parking on the main level. We went to get on the elevator to go upstairs and there was no response from the elevator. I went to tell the lady at the front desk and she says again…? This was just the first night.
