Läpikulkumatkalla
Tulimme myöhään, lähdimme melko aikaisin seuraavana aamuna. Kaikki toimi kuten piti, englanninkielistä mukavaa palvelua. Iso ja puhdas huone. Ei ehkä kauneinta naapurustoa, mutta koska saavuimme myöhään junalla, sijainti juna-aseman vieressä toimi mainiosti. Asemalta sai myös helposti taksin lentoasemalle. Ei moitittavaa.

Esta propiedad es muy antigua y con un mantenimiento fatal. Las habitaciones son máximo para una persona; dos no caben cómodamente. El toallero y la puerta de la regadera estaban por caerse. La temperatura de la habitación, mucho más alta que en la calle, sin poder regularla. Sin recepción 24 horas. El aire acondicionado, inservible. Salvo que fuera una emergencia extrema, no recomiendo a nadie hospedarse aquí.

Great room for a family of 3
The room was such a perfect size for a family of 3 being a split level with 2 double beds. Everything was very clean and the reception staff helpful with restaurant recommendations and we were able to leave our luggage and the day of check-out to allow a bit more exploring of genoa.

A really lovely stay. Had a complimentary unexpected upgrade at check in which was a great touch! The apartment that i got given was lovely! Full of all the facilities you need and very clean and tidy. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main station. About 10 mins from the ferry area and 15 mins walk to the old town. The location was fantastic with a few local reaturants a few doors down. Breakfast was really tasty. Nice selection and there was even some gluten free options which is a nice touch. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

We have booked more rooms, because we were a bigger group. All rooms were clean and the bathrooms were all new renovaded. A good starting point for visiting genua or to get to the Port of Genau, like to get on a cruiseship (500 meters). Guarded parking (150 meters; 20€ per night)

Die Lage des Hotels ist spitze nahe der Altstadt gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist das Hotel(interieur) sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man versucht den unagenehmen alten stickigen Geruch in den Gängen und Teppichböden durch einen nicht definierbaren süßlichen Duft zu übertünchen, sehr unangenehm! Die Einrichtung ist alt, die Badezimmertür löst sich bereits auf. Duschen im Bad fast nur möglich, wenn man size zero trägt, da das Betreten der Dusche ansonsten eine große akrobatische Meisterleistung erfordert 😉 Im übrigen sind die Zimmer teils innerhalb des Frühstücksbereiches gelegen. Da diese sehr hellhörig, somit nichts für Langschläfer (um 6:30 Uhr beginnt das Personal die tische zu decken!).

This was a great hotel. It could use a few updates, but it’s in a great location, close to the train station and some great food options. A very short walk to the pier. Everything we did was within walking distance! The staff was super friendly and it felt safe!
