Cotton Mill is located in the courtyard which opens at 5am and our guests can charge back. We have a coffee shop which will be opening soon for in house guests adjoining to the hotel. The property did experience a large water leak in which staff tried their hardest to keep noise to a minimal but hours was spent cleaning the water and using a machine to extract the water to avoid further damage. I have passed on your other comments to maintenance to investigate.

The hotel carpark is a part of a strata title in which the body corporate owns and they lease the undercover parking spaces.
