The property was in very clean condition, and in a great location. The staff were always very helpful and respectful. The pool and bbq are clean and in good condition, right on the beach. The beach out the back of the property near the pool and bbq, is crystal clear and the sand clean. Great cooking utentsils and pots and crockery/ cutlery. It is very close to both Cavill Ave and Broadbeach. All in all a wonderful location and property. I will return.

We stayed in cabana 1. It was run down and had many issues requiring maintenance to fix during our stay. Air condition was the big one not working for half our stay. Issues were still unresolved such as broken leg on couch and rear security door lock not working.

I loved the view from the apartment, there was ample space for our family of 4, the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Quick walk to beach, amazing location !

The apartment was quite run down overall, but I would happily take a bit run down for the large space, fantastic view, location and pool. We had a blast and the pool was great for kids with three different depth areas. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Great holiday.

Modern apartment, great views and location, close but not too close to the action. You get the feeling that you actually live there and are not just visiting. Nice firm beds (i.e. no potholes and no soft mattresses lacking support). Great to have undercover parking on site too.

Bed was extremeley uncomfortable and would have got a better sleep on the floor. reception was rarely open. good location right next to the beach with bus stop at front of property

Hi Andrew, We are sorry that you had such a bad sleep. If we knew we could have offered you a bed topper for the mattress. As for reception "barley being open" We have limited hours on Saturday and Sunday but are open from 8:30am-5:00pm during the week and always available to chat to via phone. If you can remember what room you were in I will pass the bed details onto the owner as I am sure they would like feedback.

The bed was a little too firm for us, the fan in the bedroom made alot of noise and there is a large bubble in the ceiling on the balcony ready to burst on someone one day

We have now had the ceiling fan addressed as you kindly advised us about this on your departure. The bubble out on the balcony soffit has also been attended to. Thanks for letting us know.

The check in was smooth and easy and the staff lovely. Unfortunately checked out after 1 night due to becoming sick with Covid. The location was incredible with being able to walk on the beach etc. unfortunately the cabana itself was very tired and could really do with some attention. The queen size mattress really needs replacing, it was super old and had a bump right through the middle due to prolonged use of people sleeping on ‘their side’

So unfortunate you became ill. Yes, our location is certainly fabulous and just fyi - the cabana is about to undergo an update over the next couple of months. Hopefully you have a speedy recovery and are able to come back and enjoy the break you will truly now deserve.

Spaciousness of property and quality of everything was very good. Check in wasnt great, could have been more communication plus the key we were given didnt work and had to be replaced - to their credit it was resolved pretty quickly

Lack of cafes, shops near the property. The kitchen appliances are very poor and were dirty. Suggest to check and clean the dishes before letting people to check in.

There are actually two cafes (5 min. walk) nearby plus the Broadbeach Bowls Club which also is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is only a 3 minute drive to Broadbeach also where there are many cafes and restaurants. So sorry you were not happy with the appliances and apologies if anything was dirty - this is most certainly not the norm. Hopefully you enjoyed your stay other than these issues.

It is a little difficult to respond to your comments re interior amenities and wifi as you have chosen to be anonymous. The majority of apartments have been renovated and each apartment does have a separate modem for the wifi so maybe your modem had an issue. Always seek assistance at the office otherwise it is difficult to address any issues and we will never know to fix it. Agreed, however, our absolute beachfront location is amazing!

Fabulous Property
Beautifully located within easy strolling distance of Surfer's, Broadbeach and the Gold Coast tram this property was excellent. Boasting fantastic ocean views and direct entry to the glorious sandy beach the property and rooms were clean and well equipped. Property management was excellent and after hours check-in was a breeze. Enjoy!

Perfect.
My adult daughter and I stayed here for three nights at the end of a busy trip. We chose The Breakers as it advertised direct access to the beach from the property. We stayed in Apt 44 and while the decor and furniture is a little dated it is a fabulous apartment. It had the best stocked kitchen for self catering - there's every utensil and cooking implement you could need, even down to two choices of Bodum sizes! The property is brilliant and does indeed have direct private access to the beach. This meant you could leave your towels etc by the pool and go to the beach for a swim and then come back to the pool. We didn't use the BBQ facilities but they were used frequently while we were there. The staff, especially Sarah were brilliant. We asked for a late checkout but this couldn't be accommodated as the room was booked but we were offered a key to access the pool and fresh towels to use the shower downstairs before we needed to depart to the airport, after we had checked out. Storing our luggage including personal items at reception was no problem while we enjoyed the last few hours of our holiday. Being able to stay on the grounds and use the facilities after we had checked out was just brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend for adults and kids - it's perfect.

Yes, agree it is a great spot to stay. Tram nearby and bus stops right outside our back door..... sorry about the bed - I guess everyone has a different comfort level. Always let us know if there is an issue as we would have put a topper on the bed to help.

The apartment we stayed in (60) was fantastic. The view was unbelievable, nothing in front of you but the ocean. It was comfortable and roomy with everything you need for a long stay. Definitely recommend.
