Ainutlaatuinen! Remontoitu vanha rautatiekuljetus muuttui kodikas mökki.

Varasto rakennettiin 1800-luvun puolivälissä. Se sijaitsee pienessä viehättävässä kaupungissa nimeltä Gotham. Remontoitu vuonna 2014 kodikkaaksi, ainutlaatuiseksi Chalet. Tupakointi sisällä mökki. Siinä on 2 makuuhuonetta. Yksi makuuhuone pääkerroksessa on king size-vuode, toisessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Pääkerroksessa oleva kylpyhuone suihkulla. Suuri, täysin varustettu keittiö, tilava olohuone T. v., Dvd-soitin, internet. On luonnonkaunis pyöräilyreitti sijaitsee aivan varaston ulkopuolella. Alueen nähtävyyksiä ovat House on the Rock, Frank Loyd Wright Taliesen, Wisconsin Dellin suurin vesipuisto, ostokset, taiteilijat ja paljon muuta. Wisconsin-joki kalastukseen, melontaan. Gotham sijaitsee Lounais-Wisconsinissa, jossa kauneimmista kukkuloista tutkitaan. Meillä on myös hienoja viinitiloja tutkimaan.

Fantastic home. Stayed for 3 nights as a little weekend getaway. Close to Taliesin and House on the Rock, which we toured both, ate at Anita’s cafe and Arthur’s Supper Club in Spring Green just 15 minutes away. The Depot offered a quiet retreat to get some peace. Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed here for two nights in May. This cottage is just stunning. The renovation is modern, yet you get the historical feel it had. The train motif is scattered around in all the rooms. Such a comfy place!There's a rails to trails bike trail right outside the front door. The Bat Cave (bar) is right around the corner from the cottage. The owners and clientele were so fun and friendly. And the countryside with its hills, valleys, farmland, and bluffs makes for a wonderful drive. The Wisconsin River is about a mile away. Communication with the owners was very easy and prompt. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again and recommend. Thank you Ross and Theresa for sharing this quaint and cute cottage with us!Jim and Luanne

We spent a week at the Depot while touring Wisconsin chasing the fall colours. We loved the decor of the cottage, the beds were comfortable & we enjoyed the country vibes. As the Depot is in quite an isolated position you need to consider bringing basic supplies with you. E.g milk etc. we only found out about the lack of onsite shopping when we arrived late at night. We found out where a supermarket was, once we arrived & read the information sheet. Richlands Center was a valuable resource for diner breakfast & Walmart!

Unique and beautiful home. This is a train buff’s dream with antique train artifacts and historic photos of the property throughout the house. The modern furniture was comfortable and inviting. We felt right at home and had a great couple of nights sleep. Highly recommend this home for overnight accommodations.

This was our second short stay at the Depot. We love this little house and use it as a launching off spot for biking, paddling and short day trips. The road biking around the depot is fantastic. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed. We love the train themed decor and memorabilia. One thing to note, while there are two bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door. Not an issue for our family, but could be awkward for couples traveling together.

My third stay at the lovely, comfortable, welcoming, and very charming Gotham Depot. We come for the APT performances, and then enjoy cooking up wonderful meals at the cottage, and finishing the evening around the firepit with long of fireside chats!! The cottage is spacious, yet cozy. Highly recommended. Hosts are very accessible and gracious. Thanks for making this great spot available for visitors!

The house itself is so cool and unique- really beautiful! I also so much appreciate that the beds are comfy, nice quality sheets and pillows, and nice fluffy bath towels. Sometimes rental owners skimp on those- not here. Also had a little snafu with the house- nobody’s fault- and the owners were so kind and responsive to my needs. They are wonderful and attentive people and truly care that their guests have an amazing experience.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely, beautifully decorated depot. The pictures online do not do it justice. The nature path nearby was ideal for morning walks. It was the perfect peaceful getaway.
