Nice hotel for golfers
Hotel was nice but huge. There is a lot of activities and nice pools. Staff was friendly and breakfeast was huge too, lot of options. I would recommend this hotel and very good for golfers because you get discount from green fees. Only what you should notice is that you get only green fee discounts from courses if you book tee time from hotel reception.

Yövyimme hotellissa puolihoidolla. Puolihoitoon kuului aamiainen ja illallinen. Ruoka oli perusruoka ja mm. leipä loppui välillä, näistä vähän miinusta. Yleiset tilat olivat viihtyisät ja siistit, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Hotelli on suuri, joten liikkumiseen hotellissa ja sen alueella kului paljon aikaa.

Awesome hotel with great location
Amazing garden and pool area with ocean view. Friendly staff. Water in pool very cold. More towels needed in rooms. At dinner, the staff was busy preparing next morning’s breakfast table setting – lot of noise and traffic. Go to the dinner rather earlier than later.

Kaunis mutta kallis hotelli
Hotellin ja koko sen alueet ovat kauniit. Huoneet ovat kuitenkin sen hintaisia, että olisin toivonut saavani rahalle enemmän vastinetta. Sen sijaan pyyhekoukut tippuvat seinältä ja jokaisesta perusasiastakin halutaan lisämaksu. Lisäksi palvelu respassa oli hyvin ynseää muutamaa poikkeusta lukuunottamatta. Parhaimmat pisteet palvelusta menevät ahkeralle ja ystävälliselle siivoojalle.

Hyvä sijainti, huono maku
Tuli alkuun olo että on upea hotelli. Iso kaunis aula, upeat uimaaltaat ja ulkotilat. Huone jossa olimme oli pettymys, auttamattomasti aikaansa jäljessä, lattia ei tuntunut puhtaalle koko viikkona ja sängyt ajautuivat erilleen koko ajan. Oli huonolla tavalla muistettava häämatka kun onnistuimme saamaan väkivaltaiset vatsataudit ilmeisesti hotellin aamubuffasta. Ottimet vaihtuivat eri ruokien välillä jatkuvasti, käsien pesu mahdollisuus ilmestyi vasta viimeisenä aamunamme ovien viereen, ja lintu hyppely sisätiloissa croissanteilla ja mantelikakulla. Vinkkasimme asiasta tarjoilijalle niin lintu kyllä häädettiin, mutta ruuat jätettiin pöytään. Huonepalvelusta tilattuamme ei jätetty tarjotinta, eikä astioita haettu kahden loppupäivän aikana. Siivooja vei kyllä pöytäliinan, mutta puoliksi syödyt hampurilaiset ja astiat jäivät. Loman huippuhetket olivat hotellin ulkopuolella dyyneillä ja shoppailukadulla.

Perhelomalla
Siisti hotellialue ja ympäristö, hyvä sijainti. Ympäristössä ravintoloita, baareja ja kauppoja. Rauhallinen ja hieman "hienostunut" alue, sopii lapsiperheille. Hotellissa hyvä ruoka ja runsaasti eri ruokavaihtoehtoja aamiaisella ja illallisella. Iso hotellialue ja paljon ihmisiä, mutta silti rauhallinen tunnelma. Melko pitkät etäisyydet hotellin alueella käveltävänä. Pääuima-altaassa on oma alue lapsille. Saarella hyvät ostoskeskukset, joihin pääsee esim. vuokra-autolla. Hotellin parkkipaikka melko kallis. Positiivinen kokemus, jo 4 kerta samassa hotellissa.

Meillä oli kaksi huonetta (2 aikuista + 2 teiniä). Huoneet olivat ok, hieman ehkä aikansa nähneet. Mahtava ympäristö, runsaasti hyviä ravintoloita aivan hotellin lähellä ja upeat uima-altaat! Ilmainen wifi olisi kyllä voinut kuulua hintaan. Wifi oli saatavilla vain hotellin aulassa.

Waren mit den Kindern hier und hatten einen Family Room gebucht. Dazu gleich mehr. Die Hotelanlage besticht durch eine absolut traumhafte Poollandschaft. Der Pool ist dunkel gefliest, wodurch die nervigen Reflexionen der Sonne nicht stören. Auch fanden wir zu viert immer Liegen. Handtuch-Reservierungen Fehlanzeige. Die Größe des Hotels war eine meiner Sorgen, aber die Masse verteilt sich extrem gut. 10 von 10 Sternen. Auch beim Essen mussten wir nie warten, da immer ausreichend Platz vorhanden war. Ok, die Schlangen am Buffet können abschrecken, aber auch hier galt, lange Wartezeiten gab es nie und es wurde immer alles nachgelegt. Abzüge gibt es ein wenig für die Tatsache, dass beim Essen mehr Wetrt auf Diversität als auf Qualität gelegt wird. Aber alles in allem noch ordentliche 8 von 10 Punkten, was auch dem guten Service zu verdanken war. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Promenade mit Geschäften (alle hochpreisig), Autoverleih, Busstation, Arzt, Supermarkt, Restaurants... alles um die Ecke... auch der Sandstrand an den Dünen ist nur ein Steinwurf weit weg. Dadurch ist der Teil um das Hotel herum aber auch abends sehr belebt. Gleiches gilt für das Hotel selbst. Es gab jeden Abend bis 23h live Musik. Wer also ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht, ist hier Fehl am Platz. 9 von 10 Sternen. Rückzugsmöglichkeit im Zimmer? Klar, allerdings so richtig kühl hat es die Klimaanlage nicht geschafft, bei uns i.d.R. 24 Grad, was ich fürs Schlafen grenzwertig fand. Angeblich darf man lt. Gesetz nu

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Klasse Service, das Personal ist sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten HP gebucht, die Essensauswahl war hervorragend und das jeden Abend. Bei den Gästen handelt es sich un eine bunte Mischung aus Jung und Alt. Im Großen und Ganzen findet sich für alle Etwas. Spa und Fitness Bereich sind riesig. Die Poolanlagem sind super sauber und gepflegt. Ein Super Hotel für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

A big hotel but in significant grounds so it never felt too busy. Food was good but perhaps not 5 star standard but we ate out mostly do it did not bother us. Pool facilities were excellent. Lovely position on the promenade which enabled walks in both directions. Would certainly go back.

This hotel is very well organised with excellent service and accommodation. I wasn’t sure at first due to the size of the property but the choices of areas and pools are outstanding, no problem finding a nice place to relax. The service around the hotel is excellent with plenty of choices for lunch. The breakfast buffet is also excellent and although some reviews complain about queuing, I never found it an issue. Varied entertainment at night was good. The hotel is in a good area with lots of designer shops and restaurants and good walking promenades.

Unfortunately we were only in the hotel for13 hourd, but what we saw was stunning. Very much a 5 star hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer, but due to a medical emergency with my daughter, we couldn't.

Rent og pent, og flotte uteområder! Vi betalte 6200kr natten for suite, og vil si den var helt grei; veldig nøytral. Veldig barne- og pensjonistvennlig hotell. Mye folk, men også nok solsenger. Livemusikk hver kveld med ymse kvalitet, men hotellet ligger rett ved en flott promenade med flere restauranter.

It’s OK but I wouldn’t stay again
This is a huge hotel with 1100 rooms and tbh a bit lacking in soul and atmosphere. This is reflected in most of the staff. They are fairly polite but not particularly friendly. They don’t engage with visitors, a bit unusual in Gran Canaria. The accommodation is very good. However there are no entertainment channels for English language speakers. Conversely you are well served if you are Spanish, German or Italian. I accidentally booked half board. The buffet area for such customers is vast. There is no explanation of how it works when you are seated at your table. The food is average but there is a good wine selection. Self service is very busy. Breakfast was better. There are some good restaurants on site. Bar prices are good value for this sort of hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s just too big and the service is rather surly on the whole. The friendly people stand out. I should say I have had better experiences at other Lopesan hotels.
