Hello Tami, Thank you for staying with us. You are correct that we are a "no-frills" hotel -- and that is by design. Most of guests do not want or need a pool, lounge, conference center, or hot tub. And they certainly do not want to pay for such amenities. I checked with our kitchen and here is the story: every other day, we serve eggs and sausage. On the day in between, we serve biscuits and gravy. Incidentally, there are lots and lots of other choices such as hot/cold cereal, muffins, yogurt, bagels, toast, waffles, danish, apples or other fruits, and fixings.
