Cocoonr offers you this charming 60 m² air-conditioned house to rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a secure, private swimming pool at the residence. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

It comprises an attractive 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 40 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 32 m² living room with a sofa bed (120 x 190) and a sitting area with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee machine, fridge/freezer, etc.
- A lounge adjoining the kitchen, including a dining area

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and vanity unit with mirror (sea view from this bedroom)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, enclosed 40 m² garden with terrace, garden furniture, large parasol and barbecue.

Shared secure swimming pools (unheated):
- A 12×5 m swimming pool, open from June to September and secured by a gate, located 50m from the house.
- A second 18×7 m pool, open from May to October and located 500 m from the house.

The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in very pleasant surroundings. The area is residential, quiet and wooded, surrounded by small houses and, further away, small apartment blocks.

Numerous activities are available, including
- Porticcio beach, Agosta beach, Isolella beach, Ruppione beach, la plage d'argent etc...
- Sea excursions to the archipelago of the Îles Sanguinaires
- Capitello Tower, Frasso Tower
- Visit Ajaccio (old town, port, museums, tastings, markets, etc.) either by car (15 km and 18 minutes) or by sea shuttle from Porticcio beach (crossing takes 1/2 hour).
The shuttle bus takes you directly to Ajaccio's tourist centre.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house. The residence's free car park is 30 m from the house, and you can also park directly in front of the garden and enter through the gate.

A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.

- Ajaccio train station 15 kilometres away
- Ajaccio harbour 15 kilometres away
- MUVIMARE shuttle service between Porticcio pier and Ajaccio's Port Tino Rossi
- Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte airport 12 kilometres away

Other comments:
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms upstairs.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
