Residenssillä on "Ocean View" jokaisesta ikkunasta ja suurelta kannelta, josta on näkymät MS: n lahdelle ja rannoille. Rakennettu viime vuosina ja on edelleen kuin uusi. Omistaja huolehtii kiinteistöstä huolellisesti. Sijainti on keskeinen kaikelle rannikolle tarjottavaksi. Vieraat varmasti nauttivat ikimuistoisesta lomasta tässä täysin kalustetussa 4 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuone # 1 on sisustettu kahdella queen-size-vuoteella, taulu-tv: llä ja master-kylpyammeella porealtaalla, jossa on suuri latinalainen kylpyamme. Lisäksi olemme lisänneet yhden XL-aikuisen pituisen hengen sängyn yksityiseen nurkkahuoneeseen, jossa on oma ovi, jotta se on oma makuuhuone # 2, joka sijaitsee aivan makuuhuoneen lähellä. Makuuhuone # 3 sisältää kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta, tv ja yksityinen pääsy kylpyhuoneeseen. Makuuhuone # 4 on yksi queen-size-vuode, taulu-tv ja oma sisäänkäynti toiseen kylpyhuoneeseen. Olohuoneessa oleva sohva muuntuu vuodesohvalle, jossa on täysikokoinen patja, joka mahdollistaa 7 aikuisen pituuden vuodepaikkaa. Meidän kaupunkiasunto tarjoaa nukkumismajoituksia 13 hengelle.

Olohuoneessa on yksi vuodesohva ja yksi rakkausistuin, taulu-tv kaapelilla ja internetyhteydellä, ja se avautuu ruokasaliin ja keittiöön ja baariin. Keittiö sopii erinomaisesti ruokailuun, sillä se on varustettu kaikilla ruostumattoman tyyppisillä laitteilla, kuten jääkaapilla, jääkaapilla, dw: llä, mikroaaltouunilla, hävittämisellä, glasstop-liesi, ruokakomero, graniittitasot ja barstoolit. Overall, the location is great. Close to local restaurants and shopping areas. The apartment complex was nice and had all the necessary equipment for dining in. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Very clean. Smelled great. Plenty of beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. We walked everywhere. The Dive Bar for karaoke and pool, Felix’s for food, and the beach. The host was awesome and attentive. Thank you for helping to make our girls trip special.

I sat at picnic table bench and out of no where it broke causing me to fall and get hurt, we text the property owner with issue and they showed zero concern for me and the fact that I’m hurting they only sent a repair man over to repair the bench which was just as bad and not level if your going to book this place I recommend that you look elsewhere. There was a nice gentleman that came by bringing us donuts and beer and wine even offered to pay us $100 for a dozen of our farm fresh eggs at that point I knew he was just trying to buy us off. He offered to book us at a different location for a different week after he left we never heard from him again. Huge disappointment I still need to go to dr and get checked out because I’m still in pain

Check in was very easy. The house was clean and would could tell had been sanitized. We were only there for a night with 7 adults for a nursing conference. We did not use any ameneties. The only issue we had was the "4th bedroom" was a twin bed in the closet, of one of the bedrooms. it has a vent and cool just odd setup for adults. Facility had plently of parking and easy to find. The porch had a picnic table with an umbrella with a view of the beach. Would stay again,

My daughter has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and wanted to have a family vacation at the gulf! Thank you Tim for helping make her wish come true! Our family of 10 had the best time ever. Only complaint would be to please take off your listing that there is a pool. It is a public pay pool Other than than that we loved your condo and the entire trip!!!

Wife, family, and I visited Gulfport to spend Thanksgiving with our airman that is in tech school. This unit was perfect. Plenty of space and beds, outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs, view of ocean with maybe a 1 minute walk to beach, Felix’s Oyster bar within walking distance, and short drives to grocery stores, more restaurants, and casinos. We’ll look to stay here again when we visit next time.

Our first time to the Gulfport area. We enjoyed some deep sea charter fishing. The townhouse apartment was clean and with 6 beds was plenty of room for our family of 6. The area is quite and didn’t seem to have many tourists in Oct. We will definitely be going back

I took my 25-year-old brother and his friends to this spot for his bachelor trip. The property was great in every way. There was enough room for 10-12 adults to sleep, and it was mere steps from the beach. I would highly recommend this property for a group trip.

Had a big bachelor trip planned for my best friend and others but it was stressful process at first finding a good place to stay. I found it difficult to look for a good quality place with the amount of beds i needed with the location and price point we wanted. This was the perfect fit. Although there are other homes or condos that might be in the same price point and location, most others had strict HOA rules. Also other rules like no party rules in our case that was limiting our ability to have the-bachelor trip we wanted. This specific company/owners were super cool about everything had a whole bunch of parking options (another issue I was having at first) and were not restricted under any HOA rules. Tim was great help the entire time, we had a small issue with the door lock but he was one call away and instantly fixed our issue. If your looking for a place to stay that has great customer service and people who are willing to help out if needed you need to contact these guys! Also thank you guys and Tim for making it all so smooth
