Remodeled Corner Unit 2/2 Overlooking the Lagoon

Summary:
Welcome to our newly remodeled retreat. Our recently renovated 2/2 is conveniently located close to the tennis courts. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk on the resort. The resort includes a large swimming pool, beach access, tennis courts, pickle ball, volleyball, a children's park, fitness center, bike rentals and resort restaurants!

The Space:
Inside:
Designed with families in mind. Upon walking in, you'll be greeted by the open layout and light and airy space. The master features a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Our guest room is great when traveling with children as the bunk beds accommodate 3. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining room table seats 6.
Outside:
Enjoy peaceful views of the lagoon. A quick walk brings you to the tennis courts, beach and pool. When not staying in, the resort has many out door activities to enjoy. Cool off at the pool or beach or rent bikes and explore Hilton Head Island. Sports enthusiasts will have their selection of tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball all located on the property. Golf courses are a quick drive away as well!

Guests will receive check-in instructions 48 hours before their stay.

We recommend a car

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

Pets are NOT allowed per the resort pet policy. The resort does not support Emotional Support Animals and will fine the guest $250 per day if the resort policy is violated.

Parking for ONE car included in reservation. Additional car parking is $35 per car.

You will need to climb several steps to access the first floor. There is no elevator.

A pack n play can be provided upon request with advanced notice. Please let us know if you will need this for your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

Much needed rest and relaxation
The villa was lovely and cozy. The view overlooking the lagoon was an added bonus. I enjoyed sitting on the porch having my cup of coffee and reading. My family and I enjoyed nightly pickleball games, golfing and relaxing by the beach. There was a DJ by the pool which was great. We would definitely make the trip again.

Lovely villa, location great.
Reality of look/feel just as pictures showed. Communication with property manager was prompt and friendly. Might I have missed more detail regarding (or misunderstood) the listing when it said laundry/machines. I assumed that meant in the unit, not in a separate building and that there was a fee. If it was there and I somehow misinterpreted, that’s on me. Either way, the listing should explicitly say it’s not in the villa and that there is a fee. All in all, family had a nice stay there and would return. Thank you

Great trip
My family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The condo had just enough room for all of us to relax and sleep well. It’s a short walk to the beach. Our kids were able to walk and carry stuff. I love how close the beach and pool are. It made it convenient to stay out all day.

Favorite Condo Yet
Truly a minimalist condo, without excess furniture or clutter. Loved the light colors and open feel. The extra counter space was thoroughly appreciated. The kitchen staples (such as salt and pepper) were also really nice. We adored the lagoon view, and watched an alligator play in and around the water each day, sometimes not 20’ from us. You truly do not get an early check in at this condo, and as promised, we were sent the door code promptly at 3:50p. I’d recommend bringing queen sheets, because the ones provided are the wrong size, or just very cheap. They don’t stay on the mattress for a minute. There were no towels or washclothes or pot holders in the kitchen, so we made due with kitchen towels. We would so go back over and over, and went to book a stay for next year, but the daily rate for next year nearly doubled from what we paid for this stay. We’ll keep an eye out for discounted weeks though! The management was spot on with communication… friendly and brief. Not intrusive or pushy, as we have previously experienced at other rentals. This might be our all-time favorite rental in Beach and Tennis. I hope we get to return!

Communication with the host was very timely and nice, they were very accommodating making sure we had everything we needed and got it to us right away. The unit was clean and very nice! Plenty of space for 2 people but might be crowded with a full family. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and pool. The entire property, amenities, and staff were very nice, would definitely recommend!

Fun getaway with the fam!
We loved staying in this place with our 3 kiddos! This condo was a great size for what we needed and had lots to do - fishing in the pond out front, beach, pool, bike rentals, tennis, great restaurants and activities near by. We had a blast!

Good rental
We enjoyed our stay. It’s a comfortable rental. Great fridge. My only complaint would be the mosquitoes don’t allow you to use the balcony. Everything else was great.

Nice condo
Definietly nice condo. We could tell it was recently updated. It's located a short walk (maybe 5 minutes) to the beach, but we chose to drive as it was easier to put chairs, towels, etc in the trunk of the car then carry all the way to the beach. We did not find umbrella or cart that was mentioned in the description. Communication with the management was top notch! Definitely a nice stay.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was beautiful. Unfortunately, the internet kept going out. Only 1 couch to sit on and the second bedroom only had bunk beds, no dresser, night stand to put anything on.
