I often don’t have time to write a review unless it’s extremely bad or excellent. However, this time, I think it will be useful for others.
Hotel location and cleanliness is a 5, however, due to the front desk receptionist, I will have to reduce to a 2 out of 5.
I can write all the incidents that occurred but Expedia doesn’t have room for me to write a book 😀
To summarize, the lady receptionist (the only female) was rude, unprofessional and at one point dared one of my guests to report her to her management. I’ve been there for 21 days and the only timer he female receptionist smile was when her boss stopped by.
There are millions of qualified receptionist but this hotel retained such unprofessional staff. All then other staff members are cordial and she’s the only nighymare. I wonder if she’s relating to the mgmt. why else would you retain such staff to the ambassador to first impression????
I’m sure I’ll get an email from someone in mgmt replying with apologies and promise to change. there are things that can be changed but in this case, a worm has just ruined the entire pot.
I guess your lousy lady receptionist is worth more than your customers who travelled the world to be in your hotel.
I do like the hotel and it’s location but if the receptionist is still around, my next trip will not be with Avanti😀😀😀
