Property is well maintained and very clean. Close to everything around city and A6 gateway to east towns. We have 7 people and the staff had been very thoughtful in making the rooms ready for us upon arrival. There are also laundry facilities, warmed indoor pool and a game room. Recommended for long stay (we stayed for 7 nights)

The views from the villas is amazing and it was lovely to be away from the busy city area Would recommend to families the extra space of the 2 bedroom villa was fabulous, we were not on top of each other

This property is nearly on top of the mountain so I could see the city of Hobart and sea. Very quiet place and I could encounter wild life every evening just right behind of the property. I'll visit again if I come to Hobart again.

Not as close to the Bay or the centre of Hobart as we would have liked.. views were obstructed and couldnt see the bay properly. Lovely villa though.. nice and big. Was cold in the main room as couldnt find a Heater upstairs or see where I could plug in the electric blanket but it was the air coldness i wanted to fix/warm. Very spacious and had all the amenities. Liked the separate beds in the 2nd room as my kids are teenagers now and need their own space. Good car parking out front and easy check in instructions.

Best ever no comparison!!!
This place is amazing starting with the cleanliness of the grounds by a wonderful man that takes massive pride in his job and it shows! Then you get to the reception staff and nothing is a problem extra helpful like I haven’t experienced except in a 5 star hotel and even then no comparison! The rooms were spotless the views are breathtaking and we always stay here when in Hobart!

Another great stay here! Staff are very welcoming and provide great service! Rooms aren’t fancy but are immaculately clean and have everything you need to make your stay perfect. The pool and games room are always a hit with the kids, my 8yo son calls this his favourite place to stay in Hobart. Great location, only minutes drive from the city and loads of dining options nearby. Plus the rates are very reasonable for a family of 5, which is very hard to find in Hobart! Will be staying here for years to come.

We had great views of the bay from our room and overall a very pleasant stay. We even had wallabies visit out the front of our room one morning. The room size was okay overall, just a little cramped around the dining table). The kitchen was a bit cramped, but it still had everything that we needed.

Room with a view
I really enjoyed staying here, the location is very good. Very nice place to stay, lots of amenities and i enjoyed my morning walk in here. The staffs were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous, with the view fro. The window looking at beach and city of Hobart. Waking up in the morning and open the wi dow is amazing feeling, the room was clean and spacious, exactly what i want. They have everything in the room provided and if you need help just ask the reception they will assist it straight away. Definitely going back here again, planning to book end of the year.

We’ve stayed here twice previously and had lovely stays. This time though the check in staff was not helpful. Both times previously we’ve had sofa bed so I presumed we’d be assigned one this time. But upon checking into our room it was only a small 2 seater sofa. I then requested a change of room but was told they’re fully booked. Their website showed plenty if rooms. To have a roller bed would cost an extra $40 pn! One of us slept on the floor for the next 6 nights. Disappointing to say the least.
