Yksityinen joen edessä sijaitseva keidas turmeltumattomalla, sinisellä nauhalla mitoitettu pienimuotoisella bassokalastuksella, Kings River lähellä Huntsvillea, AR. Yksityinen retriittisi sijaitsee puoli kilometriä alavirtaan Marshall Ford Accessista ja sisältää oman yksityisen hiekka- / sorapalkin sekä hellävaraisesti kaltevan yksityisen pääsyn yhdelle Kings-joen kauneimmista ja koskemattomista alueista.

Eristäytyneeseen lomaasi sisältyy 7. 5 hehtaarin aidattu hevosille *, iso koiran kennel ulkopuolisille lemmikkieläimille, peitetty autokatos, jossa RV-koukku sähkölle ja vedelle, mailia likaa tietä 4-ajoa varten tai ratsastusta ja sijaitsee vähemmän yli 5 mailin päässä Madison Countyn McIlroy WMA -kadusta, jonka 14 536 hehtaarin suuruinen julkinen retkeily- ja ratsastuspolku on.

Nauti kalastuksesta yhdellä Arkansasin ensi-ilta, sininen nauha, nimeltään Smallmouth Bass Streams. Kanootti paikan päällä omaa käyttöä varten tai tuo oma. Sijaitsee vain 20 mailia etelään Eureka Springsistä, AR, 29 mailia itään War War Eagle Millsistä, 35 mailia itään Fayettevillestä, AR ja 30 mailia länteen Buffalon kansallisjoesta, ja kaikilla paitsi ½ mailin päällystetyllä asemalla, kaikki parhaat Ozarksista on vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Tässä hyvin nimitetyssä mökissä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot, täysikokoiset laitteet ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu omaan käyttöösi. Olohuoneessa / ruokailutilassa on puulämmitteinen keskuslämmön / -ilman (puun mukana) lisäksi ja 50-tuumainen taulu-tv lautasen verkon kautta sunnuntain pallopeleihin.

Makuuhuoneessa ja parvella on myös 50 ”taulutelevisio, jossa on lautasen verkko, ja makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja oma pääsy kannelle ja kylpytynnyri, kun taas parvella on kaksi täysikokoista sänkyä, TV ja oleskelualue tarjoavat täydellisen paikan lapsille. Kaksi muuta vierashuonetta sijaitsevat alakerrassa, joissa molemmissa on queen-size-vuode, toisessa tyynypatja ja toisessa 14 tuuman patja patjalle, joten hyvästä leposta ei tule koskaan ongelmaa.

Siinä on moderni keittiö ja olohuone, kolme 50 ”taulutelevisiota, kolme makuuhuonetta ja parvi (yhteensä 5 vuodetta), puhtaat lakanat käsillä, 2 täyttä kylpyä, pesukone, kuivausrumpu, lukuisia lautapelejä ja kanootti sekä Kierrettävä kansi näkymä joen rannalle porealtaalla, puuhiili / kaasu-yhdistelmägrilla, 2 piknikpöytää, tuolia, 2 leposohvaa, sekä vain sinua odottava riippumatto ja laiska iltapäivä, yksinäinen paratiisinpiste odottaa sinua.

It was the perfect place for the family to stay. It had everything we needed and more. We all loved the size and how easy it was to get to the river. Enjoyed our family time there and loved the beds. Very comfortable and soft beds.

This was a wonderful place to get together with kids and grandkids. The river SO close by and a spacious house for playing games and watching TV...and a great Hot Tub! It DID rain the entire time, but we had fun as a family together. Well appointed kitchen with all the conveniences one would want. The owner was quick to respond and very easy to work with. This is our second stay and we plan to return again next year.

Well sadly we went during a week where the weather was bitterly cold and snow BUT we might as well be snowed in a beautiful home with a gorgeous view and a cozy hot tub! Monique and Emmy were the most gracious fur hosts (minature ponies, that came up and greeted us whenever we went out) My husband took advantage of the awesome river and fished a couple days where the weather was more cooperative. We had an awesome kitchen to cook amazing meals and plenty of games and TV/movie options as well! The owners of this stunning home could not have been more accommodating, responsive or kind!!! The home has everything you could possibly need, bed and linens were super lovely... and with the extra snow day I took the opportunity to get all of our laundry done! ( The only thing better than a relaxing vacay is coming home and putting away all the CLEAN clothes!!! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back for a summer getaway and bring the family!

I can’t even begin to say enough nice things about our stay! The check in process was super easy and the host was quick to respond to all questions. We got snowed in and Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His neighbor was super helpful, he even came out to help us out when we got stuck. It was all around an amazing stay and would 10 out 10 recommend!

Our family of 4 stayed here for the weekend. Enjoyed fishing, hiking Hawksbill Crag, brunch in Eureka and other outings all within close distance to the cabin. We took the owners advice on where to eat and what to do and it did not disappoint. Cabin was very clean and nice! Owner was super helpful and informative.

This was the perfect place to get away for a few days. Wonderful deck to relax on and enjoy the quiet. The river was low, which is to be expected this time of year, but my husband still caught a few small mouth bass and perch. We would definitely enjoy a return visit in the future.

This place is a GEM! The location is perfect...away from it all with direct river access. The house is clean, comfy and has all the amenities needed. We took advantage of the provided kayaks and spent ALL day on the river swimming, fishing and kayaking. The entire family loved it and we are already talking about booking another trip as soon as we can. The mini horses, swings around the firepit and hot tub were extra bonuses. The host is VERY friendly and responds quickly. One of the best rentals out there!

We loved this rental. Easy river access. We all had a great, relaxing trip. The rental had everything we needed - dishes, towels, etc. Very clean and welcoming. We absolutely LOVED the horses and we all miss them. I highly recommend this property and the owner is extremely accomodating and responsive.

Absolutely beautiful! The house accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. The private river access was incredible. The river is beautiful. The fire pit with swings was great for all the s'mores. Nice and quiet which we love. The mini ponies were a big hit with grandchildren. Our kids did the half mile float on kayaks, which they loved. We will definitely be wanting to stay here again.

We were continually/pleasantly surprised. Clean house. Great layout. Beautiful outdoorsy setting, and so so much more. Comfortable rooms for the 5 adults in our party, and the much loved Loft was perfect fot the teenagers. We spent some of our time in Eureka Springs, but would have been perfectly content never leaving the premises. We hope to do it again!

I absolutely loved this house. We went here to relax for a few days and it was perfect. Loved the fire pit with the swings, perfect for s’mores. Fed the little horses apples and carrots every day. They were fun to watch and interact with. We took our bulldog with us and she played in the creek and had a blast. It rained while we were there which was perfect for us. Loved the sound of the rain on the metal roof. I slept like a rock which was much needed. Kitchen is well equipped, we ate every meal there and loved having the grill. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

As our yearly family get together, this place was fantastic! We had a blast. Mike was very responsive with his texts and so helpful. He truly went above and beyond and we so appreciated it! As for the place itself. Kitchen was VERY well stocked. Sometimes it is interesting to see if there will be any baking dishes or frying pans in some of the places. This kitchen was VERY stocked.Lots of games and a big smores fire pit we enjoyed every evening. The horses were so funny and the river was a short walk away. Thank You Mike and family for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house!!

Our stay was fantastic! The house surpassed expectations - spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated. Set in a rural area with a river and mini-horses, the location was perfect for tranquility and adventure. Amenities were excellent and well thought out, and the Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway! Thank you, Mike! We will be back!
